I had high expectations for staying here because I heard good things about this RV park. The spot I was assigned was okay, but not great. The sewer connection was broken, the wifi was nonexistent, and the washers in the laundry room require an app to be downloaded. Some of the lots do have access to grassy areas and trees, which is a treat in Las Vegas. The restrooms and showers are nice. If this RV campground was cheaper, it would be a good value but the price seems a bit high compared to other RV parks in Las Vegas.

I have visited this park 3rd times but something on this park has changed. Safety! I heard loud fighting noise and multiple gun shots from next apartment complex during the night. The manager have placed new policies on all restrooms. Among three restrooms, only one shower is working. The other two has broken hot water line and clogged sewer drain. Not sure when they will fix these restrooms. Other than that, this LV TTN still is the one of the better stop for TTN campers whose final destination is either West or East.

Storage lot /Dump. The exact type of place we tried to avoid our entire cross country trip! Avoid at all costs. Surrounded by barbed wire fence in undesirable part of town. Police sirens can be constantly heard. Site is a gravel parking lot less desirable than most self storage lots and so small we couldn’t extend our awning. Worst rv park we have stayed at throughout our entire 2 month trip. Cant believe people pay money to join a club to stay at a place like this. AVOID!

DON’T STAY HERE! The website says come see our upgrades – it’s a lie!

This TT-Las Vegas is terrible. Don’t stay here. If you all stop coming here, maybe the owner/manager(s) will do something about all the deferred maintenance throughout the place. I never write reviews, but I felt the need to warn you all – I am not exaggerating.

The bathrooms have leaky water tanks, so the floors are constantly muddy. In addition, even after being cleaned, you can see the black mold around the toilet and between the tiles, and the water leaking. There are 2 showers in each bathroom that share a bench, and the only place where you can put your personal items. Basically, the place is a tight “parking lot” for RVs. The sites are so small that everyone has to get creative as to where (in the tiny site) they will part their personal vehicle. We couldn’t even open our awning and put our chairs outside. If we had, we would have heard the neighbor’s conversation. The one side of the park where our site was had a block wall with barbwire on top. On the other side of the wall, there’s a two-story apartment building. The tenants can see right into your site. The wall also made it difficult to back into those sites because the road between the site and the wall was so narrow, as were all the roads inside the park. When we checked in, we were given a packet with the wifi network name and password; however, it didn’t work. When we asked about it, the staff didn’t know anything about it. We called the number on the packet, and left a message but didn’t get a call back, and we were there 3 nights. The staff seems to be 16 yrs. old at the most. When we asked staff about the wifi, they just told us that they didn’t know why it wasn’t working. One told us to go talk to the people at the kiosk that popped up by the office because they were working on it; however, the persons at the kiosk turned out to be selling personal hot-spots. I mean really? The staff was not told why the wifi wasn’t working and what those people were selling? The dumpsters where left with the lid open, and were overflowing with trash. The dogs were not on a leash. The “quiet time” is not enforced. I don’t think that the young staff is assertive enough to enforce the rules of the park, or afraid to put themselves in a danger situation when confronted by a guest, and I don’t blame them. The park needs to hire adults that are trained to enforce park rules.

DON’T STAY HERE! It’s a sardine size parking lot, all gravel and dirt. There may be a couple tiny spots with grass, which is what they put in the website. Let’s all boycott the place. The website says come see our upgrades – it’s a lie! They just want to get you there, so you’ll ignore the reviews warning you and once there,...

I don't usually do reviews, but this place needs a warning for everybody else. Esspecially if you love thousand trails like me. First off, this place should not be a thousand trails. They have extremely extra rules, and the manager is not nice. I'm not sure what the staff does. Nothing is clean, and trash is everywhere. the pool doesn't work. We are not in a good area. They constantly close things or events. I honestly can't believe this is a thousand trails. We are all packed together, which I wouldn't mind if there was some organization. We couldn't even park our cars with us at first. There is very very little overflow parking. We got lucky. This is one of the thousand trails that they pick the spot for you. They seem to like to put the biggest possible campers in the smallest places. Then they put super small ones in a great place to put a big one. I get everybody is probably like me and here for the city or to explore nature parks. But seriously, this thousand trails sucks and I love thousand trails. We are full timers and love hopping around. This is by far and easily the worst. If you have the money, I would stay somewhere else. There are way nicer rv parks in the area. If you don't, just be ready for some B.S. I have never gotten in trouble with any park, but I did here because I didn't put my sewer hose on something. Lol funny thing is they waited like 10 days to tell us then tell us like a day or two before we leave on the only day it rained all day. They gave me a letter with a warning on it. I wasn't mad, but I was like, really now and of all days. They also do not like kids here. I'm not sure what happened in the past to make it this way, but it's excessive. The rules and vibes of this place are like a business in a bad area trying to CYA everything to the max. It's so excessive. Then again, idk what happened in the past. Read the other reviews. They aren't lying. I told myself it can't be that bad, but it is. From what staff you do see, it feels like they are stressed out or not happy here, except for the itchy ones. So yea, this is my experience so far. It isn't over just yet. I hope yours is better. Good luck here, I won't be back. There is a super cool KOA attached to a really awesome casino like 3m away. Try there if you can. It would be better for kids or...

Thousand Trails is a gem and one of Vegas best kept secret as it is hidden away from plain view and secure for your family when you come here with a rangers station securing all of the RVs and families here on the grounds from any negative or disturbing situations happening around Las Vegas with crime. It makes me feel so safe and secure coming here and can't wait til Im able to utilize my Cyber Monday savings and actually be able to stay either seasonal but most looking forward to an annual stay so that I may stay Herr year round because there is no place I would rather be and that includes Oasis where everyone says its the best in Vegas. Oasis doesn't stand a chance against Thousand Trails but unfortunately I may have to go there if I'm not able to get an annual spot here because I can't stand the week off every two weeks, I need something more permanent so that I can feel like this is my home and that may be my only option if they don't allow my annual spot soon. This place has the most amazing helpful and friendly staff that is always looking out for everyone here and go above and beyond great customer service each and every time. I can't say enough about the staff and how amazing they are and how much they add to the great experience here and the overall feeling of home that they provide! I would recommend this to anyone except not to ppl who want to stay long, only people who want to stay for 2-3 weeks at a time because if you want to stay any longer it will break your heart when you find out that you can't make this your home for any kind of length of time so be prepared to be out of here every 2-3 weeks and don't come here looking for anything more because its only going to destroy you when you find out you can't and need to look elsewhere for another place. Oh and when They are able to provide annual spots to ppl when corporate allows them to open spots for people to occupy them annually, there is a wait list so most likely it isn't going to happen any time soon so it isn't even worth it to try, in this case your better off going to a place like Oasis which would then be the best in Vegas for annual spots because you can't get one here which is too bad because this...
