Honestly one of the worst experiences I've personally have had at any subway... I have mild hearing loss and drive-thru speakers are absolutely my worst enemy, second to the phone. I cannot hear pronunciations and have to be able to read lips. However, When I got to this location after many unsuccessful attempts at placing an online order, and attempting to order indoors. There was a sign which was "taped" to the handle bar that read "Drive-Thru Only" despite business hours reading 8:00AM-10:00PM... So I attempted the drive thru regardless. When I got to the speaker, all I was able to hear was a slight "hello" so then i tried to place my order, however wasn't able to hear a response or even if there was an attempt. I asked "Can I please come to the window?" and what I believed was a yes turned into me sitting at the window for 5 minutes. To which I just give up and go back to the front door where the lady who was working was just cleaning the fridge windows. (Mind you this was at 7:30 PM, several hours before closing) And she was just pointing to the drive thru, so I shouted and signed to her that I cannot hear you! and had to do so a few times, to when she finally opens the door. and I explain to her I'm hard of hearing and cannot hear you. she proceeds to tell me to just call the store... and to this point I'm just upset with her as i just clearly stated i cannot hear you... To which point another gentleman walks up and tells her "I do not have a car so how am I suppose to order..." she replied with the same "Just call me" then he walks his way into the building, and she starts to walk to the counter. then proceeds to call somebody on her phone. and stands there just yelling at this guy and me saying " at 8 oclock drive thru only..." when there are no clear signs that state so... So i just stand there wondering if I'm even going to be able to order my food... to which point i just give up and end up...
Read more1 star is generous. Definetly the worst service I've ever come across. I was only one in line at drive through. Took over 10 minutes to take my order. Kept asking me questions and forgetting what I ordered so we'd have to start over. Kept telling me to hold on a minute and would be gone for extended periods of time. Finally get through that and move to pick up window. Again a long wait and questions about what I ordered ... size of bread, what kind of bread I wanted, etc., AGAIN. even thought I ordered a bowl at one point. I ordered a 6in turkey and avocado on standard wheat bun with no peppers or onions of any kind. Seemed pretty clear and simple to me. Finally got my sandwich and went home ... The order was wrong ... No guacamole and filled with peppers. I'll never go back there ... I've never had a wrong order and such bad service at a Subway. Some company person should audit this one (Sahara and Boulder, Las Vegas NV). Kept me waiting over 30 minutes....

I bought my food are i was even skipped they didn't want to help me because i want sure what i wanted at first. I then went to the restroom after buying my food and while i was in the restroom after 1 min young Mexican girl was banging like she was the police. I though it was a customer so i said someone is in here. She then banged harder and told me there are other customers. I told her sorry im using the restroom. They got.me so in a rush that i forgot the key amd i was getting my drink they started yelling and acting crazy like they were going to do something!!! Dont go here they are crazy!! Also i kept telling girl very lil imgredoemts and she would pour it on more....
