Freaking nightmare! I needed my roots touched up! Blond highlights! As the hair WAS still in good shape! It took me a year to get this blond without damage! Theresa decided, instead of using foil and taking time , to die the hair brown! I protested and said, pointing to the blond ends, I want it to be like this. She kept saying, wait after dry. The hair is brown now. She wanted to highlight the freshly died hair and do it blind afterwards??? Now the hair is ranged and it’s going to take one year to grow it out! Thanks a lot! The brushes, drawers, were very dirty! I asked for water, the receptionist, was sitting at her desk, with a lazy attitude and didn’t give me water. She said NO. Theresa got me the water. The owner called my mom , while she was getting her hair cut to tell her something about my brothers playing on the couches ... She has not only done this but she also listens in on conversations costumers are having with their hairstylists , My mom and the hairstyles where both embarrassed by what the owner did . i would love gor her to contact me about this situation , I also don't understand why she forces the hairstylist that are renting stations to do haircuts for her customers without paying for the service to the stylist that did the work .??? I want a free hair cut if its like that for the embarrassment she made my mom go thought so...

Very disappointed with the results, it was supposed to be highlights but the toner was all over the place which made it look patchy. I went 2 times for a touch up, she did terribly the first time and I went again the next day hoping she could fix it but it gave the same results.
