First off the young girl at the counter was about to overcharge me for my Royal English Breakfast tea. She told me it would be five dollars (and some change), but the menu behind her said $3.05. I told her about the discrepancy and it took awhile for her to work it up the management in order to be fixed. Also, as I was ordering I asked if it's true that they closed at 10pm and the girl told me yes they did. I asked with my laptop in my hand which was obvious that I would be staying there for awhile. It was 5:15pm at the time of order. I was completely shocked when they told me at 6:45 that they would be closing down the lobby after I was just told during my order that they would be open until 10pm. I felt it rude when they decided to remind me again that they are closed at exactly 7:00pm as I was packing up my things. I went ahead and spoke with the manager and she explained that they close the lobby early due to past crime incidents. I explained that I understand, but what I'm not happy about is being told false information and wasting my time when I'm trying to study for graduate school.
Overall I don't recommend this particular Starbucks. They don't follow the pricing on their menu, they have very limited seating (very small), the manager doesn't seem to follow through with action upon receiving a respectful complaint, and in addition to all of this there was even a homeless person just chilling in the corner eating canned food using what looked like an ipad or kindle. The homeless person didn't bother me as they seemed like they were a patron with a starbuck's cup, but it appeared as if the manager eventually kicked out the homeless person about a half hour...

I went through drive-through, as I ride an electric scooter/bike with a large carrier box for food, drinks, etc. It's obvious I deliver things as a job. I gave my order, moved fwd in the line, and when I arrived at the window the manger Nicole refused to accept my payment, told me to leave the drive-through and I had to come inside the store if I wanted to order.
I WAS IN SHOCK!
I have NEVER been refused service because I'm on an electric moped/bike/scooter. I asked the employee inside if they refused service to motorcycles and mopeds or was it just me?
I had to wait inside the store for my order, while they made the drink. They didn't even make the drink for me while I was in the drive-through!! It should have been made already. This tells me she had no intentions of helping me, or making my order while I was outside waiting.
And to top it all off, my customer said the drink they made her was AWFUL, it wasn't hot, and they didn't make the drink right, and I was EXTREMELY late delivering my customer's drink.
So I looked like an A1, TOP DOG, A#%HOLE!! So if you ride an electric bike, scooter, or any type of 2 wheeled transportation, avoid this store and avoid the manager Nicole, and/or avoid the drive-through.

The person taking my order at the drive thru speaker was laughing and misinterpreting what I was asking for. Clearly there was something funny going on in the back and I didnāt mind it at first, but once it started to interfere with my orderā¦that was upsetting. Iām all for employees having āfunā at work but only as long as itās not disrespectful and it doesnāt get in the way of their work. It did. The lady got three things wrong, THREEā¦on a simple coffee order. Basically almost everything there was to it, she got it wrong, regardless of me explaining it clearly and even repeating it for her after she asked - she still got it all wrong. Very disappointing because I always come to this location and my experience is usually a pleasant one. I told them the order was wrong and their first attempt at fixing it was still wrong. I eventually just gave upā¦didnāt want to be mean to anyone and wasnāt even going to write this review but I just feel like what happened today wasnāt right, and who knows how many other orders got messed up.
