Rutherford Crossing — Local services in Winchester

This is our second time at this location we had an issue with the service last time but this time made me take the time to write a review. The host was watching the game while ppl waited up front, took forever to get our food, no forks or knives or ketchup, had to wait 5 minutes for each item on top of that our food wasnt prepared right so they bring peppers to add to a burger which shouldve made correctly. Then we move to asking the manager why its taking so long to get our check he gets rude and says he will get the check and the boxes guess what he came back with no boxes. Managers name was shane he was rude and unproffessional with his atitude. We want to shout out to our favorite red robin in chantilly va where they know how to treat their customers and would rather drive an hour to go there then 5 minutes to go to...

Arrived hungry and looking forward to our regular order . Waited on drive thru for approx 10 minutes . When we to the order 'window' , I asked if they had dine-in available . The lady told me I'd have to come in to place our order , they do not allow orders at the drive-thru to be eaten inside . Service inside was not what we experienced anywhere before .. The tables were not wiped properly and the restrooms were not tended to . The only reason I did not want to notify a manager was because you could tell whoever it was , he/she was not receiving cooperation for staff ... Sad to say a negative experience ... We travel the USA and have not had a complaint of any kind ... Sad to say , was not our...

The restaurant is great. The app, not so much. It processes a payment without letting you check the card number. It had an old card # stored and didn't decline it until I got allllllllll the way to the window (u know how long the drive thru lines get there). Then we had to process a new card and held up the line for a 10 minutes. Ppl were spilling i to the street. SO, app changes needed. Going forward, maybe ordering the curbside delivery option is better...no waiting in line. Just park in the designated spot and they...
