ZERO STARS!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

This tropical smoothie is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I visit the other tropical smoothie in Winchester off of pleasant valley frequently and only get the Bahama Momma smoothie with extra coconut. Which I pay for. Each time I visit this location the smoothie is horrible. It has zero taste. I asked the worker if they would remake my smoothie because of it not tasting right and the worker made a phone call to management and came back and said no, it’s a 10 dollar smoothie but we can’t remake it like the other. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. You can not understand anything being said to you. There is a language barrier. Which the end result is negative. I paid 20 dollars for something that tastes disgusting. DO NOT WASTE YOJR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE!! I WILL NEVER BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER HERE!! They do not follow the tropical smoothie way and remake your smoothie. This location was my very first job and if the customer asked it was remade and at the pleasant valley location they do the same thing! Felt very disrespected and very upset! I know this will not change the smoothie but maybe it will prevent another customer from having to go through this experience and pay for something that tastes like dog shit!

Wow! Guess we should have read the reviews before getting food at this Tropical Smoothie. My wife had the free smoothie via the app....ends today. Dude behind the counter told my wife to scan the code, which she did, and she paid. While waiting on the food, she noticed that there wasn't a free one of the 3 we received, so she questioned the guy. He couldn't explain it, because of the language barrier....I guess, so he called his manager to explain it ....which he came from outside (turns out I guess he owns/runs Subway, as well). He told my wife that the code she scans doesn't work (which it works perfectly fine at the one on Pleasant Valley) and that the code comes from an email. My wife explained it works at the other one and he couldn't understand why. My wife asked if she did the whole email thing if he could adjust the price and he said no. There was no reason he couldn't. We aren't the people that raise a Karen stink, but this was ridiculous. We got our smoothies and left. My peanut butter cup smoothie tasted pretty much like watered down chocolate ice. We will not be going back to this one...and probably the Subway either, if this is how they run their...

For the first time in 6months to a year my husband and myself decided to go to Tropical Smoothie here at Market Street. I'm not sure when the new management took over this location, however it doesn't seem to be running smoothly. There was only two people working and the location was pretty busy. While ordering for my family it came off as if the lady wasn't sure how to punch the order in to the system. Then I went to order my side for my meal and was told "oh you don't want that because it has an up charge, choice our chips." I told the lady "I don't care about the upcharge I would really like the Kale apple slaw". Come to find out they didn't prep it so there was none. Additionally my husband's Mago Magic and my Bahama Mama doesn't taste like they have all ingredients in them or at least not the correct ratios. Food was not well put together well. As the cook was watching television of some kind in the back while being the only person filling the orders, at least the food side. The lady would go back from time to time to help with the drinks.
