So my wife and I made our daily stop at Starbucks on 7/21/24 and this was by far the worst service we have received. I ordered a tall Caramel Frappe and it was melted so my wife went into the store to have it re-made. The manager by the name of EDEN re-made the drink and when my wife brought the drink out to me, the drink was made incorrect. When we went through the drive through to have this corrected I asked for a tall caramel ribbon crunch due to me thinking they just didn’t know how to make the caramel frappe. At the window I was greeted by a super friendly worker and when I explained what’s wrong she apologized and had to get the manager. While waiting for the manager the friendly worker stated that she thought the drink was a vanilla bean frappe. When the manager got to the window we explained that the drink was made incorrectly and she began to argue with us saying that she was the one who made it and she made it exactly how it calls for on the instructions. She said we will have to pay for the drink since she had already re-made it once. She had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I explained I shouldn’t have to pay double due to her mistake and that I would like a different worker to brew up the drink. While the drink was being made the kind worker said she was pretty sure that she didn’t add the coffee base which made sense, since it was all white and didn’t taste like coffee. I couldn’t believe she was a manager as she had no professionalism or empathy. Later that evening before heading home with my family we stopped in again, in hopes that EDEN was no longer on shift. I asked my wife to get me a Venti Iced Water and when my wife went in to get the water EDEN was still working and said “Are you sure you don’t want me to get someone else to make this drink for you”. EDEN embarrassed my wife and that is unacceptable. Will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this...
Read moreNormally I love this location and it is my constant coffee spot and I almost always get the same thing and order ahead. Unfortunately this time my order is nothing like I usually get. It definitely does not have extra caramel like I pay extra for but it also doesn’t seem to have the correct amount of added sweetener. Most times my coffee is amazing but this time along with a few other occasions it has been like this. I totally understand what it’s like to work in customer service and especially in a high traffic fast service environment which is why the times I just let it go even when I ended up throwing away the entire full coffee because it was awful and sadly I was going to work so I didn’t have a way to try fixing it myself. This time however I really needed this coffee lol and it is pretty gross :/ I know it’s lunch time so they are starting to get a little busy I just ask that to the best of your ability try to be thorough with orders or just of possible read back what the cup says and make sure that is what got put in it. Starbucks isn’t a cheap habit to have lol and it just sucks when you pay for something you end up not drinking or not liking but still try drinking it anyway. But I do want to end on a positive note that a lot of times my coffee and service really is wonderful and I appreciate you all and what you do always!
Below I did add pictures of my coffee from the other day same order but was amazing! And todays which you can see it’s the same order but clearly...
Read moreI have done there twice in the last two days just to see and both days were not good. I went around 5:30 in the morning on my way to work. The first day I ordered a venti hot chocolate and they gave me a grande. Then asked me if I wanted them to remake it since I wanted a venti. Umm, if I wanted a larger drink and you made me a smaller one don’t you think that makes sense? The second day (today) I ordered again, a venti hot chocolate and they said “oh, you want a venti sized matcha iced latte?” What is going on?? If you can’t function at 5:30 in the morning making drinks maybe change your shift, or better yet job. Thank goodness you’re not...
