Crumbl — Restaurant in Winchester

I was absolutely appalled by what I witnessed Friday, March 7, 2025. I have seen this happen on more than one occasion. The young man working very hard on that evening shift was doing all the dressing of the desserts and cleaning the entire store, by himself. The two girls also working that shift did nothing to help him and just stood by while the young man did everything. The one girl that seemed to be in charge of the staff, I have seen her on numerous occasions standby and not help when help is needed. She seems quite lazy to not help clean up and help the employees when an extra hand is needed. If this was my store, I would’ve fired that girl in charge of that shift and give that young man Alexander a raise! I believe her name is Autumn. Once again this store showed poor management and bad ownership! Short staffed and the cookie shop ran out of cookies! Who ever is managing this store needs to be fired! They did not have enough employees on staff which made it really difficult and stressful for the hard working employees tonight. No wonder the good employees are leaving. I can’t believe the owners have not stepped up and got this store in order yet! This store is going to fail if the owners don’t step up and get better management! They need more full time employees that care about the store and less part time teenagers. Seems like the owners only care about their profits and less about the employees and satisfaction of the customers.

Well let me start off by saying the place is clean, very new and is in a great location.

Although, my mom and I experience was pleasant, the employees are fairly decent not exactly extremely nice and welcoming. The prices are ridiculously expensive for 2 party boxes are a total of 100 dollars plus my mom requested a 8 dollar tip to be charged on her card as they went ahead and charged her an extra 18 dollars instead! When we picked the cookies up one box was completely turn upside as the employee handed us the box like that. Once we opened the box (we didn’t know it was upside down) and all the cookies were flipped. According to my mom she noted the cookie she tried tasted raw. I also did try one and it didn’t...
