You know, I hate like heck to be so negative about this place, but I have to be honest. In the quest for the franchisee to realize profitability, unfortunately they have gone down a rabbit hole. The problem is that they have cut back on staff because it is slow. The last time I came in was to pick up to go order last Wednesday at about 8:45 am. When I walked in, all the tables were empty. The server was just seating 2 people. Considering the location and time you would think the place should be packed, but they have disappointed too many guests with bad service because of lack of staff when it does pick up. Not to mention very inconsistent food quality and cook times. Also the app is not well developed and confusing. The rewards program is a joke. To redeem a reward, you have to first pick what food you want, then they give you a long set of numbers that you cannot copy or transfer to the payment page. You have a write it down on a piece of paper, because it is too long to remember. And half the time it says it is not valid. Want to hear something funny? I cashed in some of my rewards for a short stack of pancakes. Guess what? There is no short stack in the app or online menu, so it can't be redeemed! I sent an email to IHOP customer service asking about it. After 3 days they wrote me back. You know what they said? They want me to CALL customer service to get an answer.
Bottom line: After ordering from this location in person, pick up and delivery, at least 10 times unfortunately, they consistently disappointed me. All of it self inflicted. Considering, as of this posting, they have several breakfast specials for only $7, the place should be packed. Set for success. Fix the service , staffing shortages, food consistency, app, online menu, rewards and...
Read moreWe’ve eaten at this IHOP a few times and it’s always been great. Even though it’s located in a casino and therefore cigarette smoke is unavoidable, the restaurant is always clean and very comfortable. We ate there last night and there was only one visible employee on duty, Roger, who took excellent care of us. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely seemed eager to provide excellent service. There’s one key detail that I believe makes the biggest impact on guest satisfaction that many, if not most, restaurant servers fail to understand. That is checking back a minute or two after order delivery to make sure everything is satisfactory and asking if they need anything else. Roger not only did that, when I asked for a side of mayonnaise, he brought it promptly along with a refill of my husband’s soda which he noticed was nearly empty when he delivered our food. At the end of the meal, he thanked us for coming in—another thing many restaurant workers fail to do a lot of the time.
It might seem like I’m Roger’s mom or friend based on my glowing review, but I’m just a former waitress who remembers what it’s like to only have negative experiences reported.
Last but not least, our meals were delicious. We’ll definitely...

Call on my other phone and Ashley was miraculously available to take an order the excuse was that they were super busy and packed. The disrespect unprofessional over dramatic overwhelmed too much Adderall taking talk too much entitled Manager got a problem. I specifically stated what I wanted to order and she still questioning what I want? It's never that what it's always the how. The worst ran IHOP in Clark county. I walked in and they were not packed. She's not capable of keeping up in a fast paced environment and should not be management. She said her boss wasn't there until I walked in. And she looks like she needs to go to rehab. Smh such a shame a billion dollar company has these type of people managing a store. Why would you want to spend your money at a place like that and be happy about where you're spending your money at. Management is...
