Would give no stars if possible. If you check yelp you will see that my story is not unique. there are several other reviews just like this. Wish I did more research into Rodney Montoya Designs.

Didn't deliver what was paid for. He made us pay in full before delivering any product or manufacturing any product sent texts to my wife at 4 am talking about nonsense. He dropped off the face of the earth when it came to our wedding bands. Demanded more money after paying him in full. Had to dispute with the credit card to get our money back due to his failed delivery of product. Almost made it to our wedding day with no ring. Finally had to buy a ring from another jeweler because he wasn't communicating with us. PLEASE BE WARNED OF HIS SERVICE! We never got the rings that we paid...

Montoya is amazing to work with! We came to them with an idea and they helped us design a beautiful set of wedding bands, even fitting it perfectly with the engagement ring. A couple of months before the wedding, the center stone chipped in the engagement ring, and Montoya worked with us and our insurance to find a replacement and get it set in time.
