I do not know what has happened to this store, but IMHO is has gone down hill, and way down hill. Unwilling to help, unwilling to acknowledge people coming in the store. I have had a lot of bad service from this store in the near past. I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a 1/4" square key stock, no one knew what it was. I even gave them a engine to look for it and they could not find it on the crank :(. I went in tonight, 8/24/18, to get my rotors and drums turned. They don't do it. What, you don't turn drums and rotors. No, nobody in Northern Colorado turns them anymore. What BS is this. Really. So I called the store in north Loveland and they turn and I call 2 stores in Greeley and they turn :( And for the last 6weeks or so they have had a sign on the door that their recycle tank is full, sorry for the inconvenience. WHAT how long does it take to get your tank emptied. I bought the part I needed and asked if I could use some tools to fix my and as usual, they said yes. But this staff went above and beyond to help me, give me gloves and made sure I had ALL the tools needed to fix my car. Anytime I came in, they ALL catered to me and helped me as much as they could! I have been to many auto parts stores and even worked at one many years ago and I’ll say they did more than any auto part store has ever done. Read more12 plus years a loyal customer. today, the latest staff they have hired due to high turnover stops my checkout midway to answer a call and proceed to service that caller vs putting the hold to complete my transaction. i guess they have been trained to put the onsite paying customer on hold. when i flagged his lousy customer service for leaving me midway through checkout and servicing the caller his excuse was he has to answer the phone. fine, but put them on hold, not a customer your already ringing up. i stopped my transaction, told him oreilly wasnt the only game now in windsor and he just lost a 12 year loyal customer. i am doing business elsewhere until this person is replaced. autozone was happy to see me and napa is also in town. no more oreilly in...
