I have used Mail N Copy twice. The first time was wonderful, so I went back. This trip has proven to be very frustrating. I took two packages down to be mailed USPS, to two different states, as I was selling some items through an app called Mercari. With that app, you MUST ship within 3 days and update the tracking number. When I got home, my receipt didn't have a location on where the packages were heading - just the tracking number, weight, and cost of shipping. I decided I would wait for my tracking to update, as it generally says where the package's final destination is. When the tracking updated, it never said where either of those was going, so I called the store. They are completely unable to see which package is going to which state. I called USPS. The postal service said "this is odd. I can't see in my system where this is going."
Needless to say, I can't accurately update tracking for the people who bought from me, and I also don't really have faith that these are getting to the correct address, if USPS can't even help me. I would not feel confident shipping future packages from this location.
After this review, the owner did call to apologize, which I appreciate, but they still have no way of figuring out which package is going to which state. They told me that “I’m sure it will get there” and “the package on top goes with the first tracking number” as if I remember which package I carried in on top. They were in exact same packaging - a poly mailer - one was jeans and one was a dress. One was 12 oz and one was 17 oz. It is not like one was noticeably larger than the other. The owner also explained that there were two ways of mailing through USPS: one that requires you to enter the address, and one that just requires them to slap a tracking number on an already addressed package. He said they were thinking of doing away with the second option as all it does is get you in and out quickly, but it doesn’t help the customer with questions in the long run. Obviously they used that less desirable option on my packaging. While he apologized and I appreciate that, there was no solution to my problem, as I have to guess which tracking number goes where, so that I don’t lose money through the app....
Read moreWonderful place for all your printing and mailing needs in Windsor. An alternative to the post office when lines are long and stressors are high and positivity on short supply at the USPS, which can happen sadly more often than not. Mail N Copy is efficient and is run by folks who are smiling and willing to work with you and assist you in any way. At Christmas time, they put out holiday cookies and beautiful signs to thank and appreciate the customers who are willing to wait in longer lines than usual due to the holiday, rush. They always seem to be happy/upbeat, despite the stress that they’re under. I’m really moved by the positivity and kindness from Mail N Copy and their professionalism and efficiency added to this makes them the ideal place to go despite prices being higher than the postal service. Considering the time saved and the negativity avoided, it’s...
Read moreI have used Windsor Mail and Copy several times over the past several years. A few weeks ago, I placed a decent sized order with a short timeline and Mail and Copy came through with great posters for my fundraiser. This week, the team at Mail and Copy went above and beyond with their customer service. I ordered a poster for my child's graduation. They called me on Friday morning to tell me the poster was ready. Little did I know, but the store is closed over the holiday weekend. The team at Mail and Copy noticed that my poster was a graduation poster. They knew that the graduation ceremonies in the area are all this weekend, so they reached out, after hours, to make sure I was able to pick up the poster in time for my kiddo's graduation party! THIS is why I choose to use a local printer! I highly recommend using Mail and Copy for any of your...
