Quiznos — Restaurant in Windsor

Just had a delivery from the Quiznos in Timnath, CO via Uber Eats and I am absolutely blown away! It's not often you get a meal that truly hits the spot, but this was one of those times. I ordered a steak sandwich with chips and a soda, and honestly, it was one of the best Quiznos meals (and steak sandwiches in general!) I've had in years.

From the moment I opened the packaging, the aroma was incredible. The sandwich was perfectly toasted, with that signature Quiznos warmth and crispness. The steak was tender, flavorful, and generously portioned – no skimping here! The toppings were fresh and well-balanced, creating a truly delicious and satisfying bite every time. Even the simple side of chips was great – clearly fresh and not stale in the slightest. And the soda was, well, a soda! But the entire experience felt thoughtfully prepared and delivered with care.

This order reminded me why I loved Quiznos in the first place. The quality of the ingredients and the perfect toasting process truly make a difference. This Timnath location is doing it right!

How hard is it to read a order and make a sandwich, I ask cause apparently ever high school kid that works at this location can't do that or follow instructions.

This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong when I placed it online. Today 5/9/2025 I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Club, a Italian sub with no onions and a Black Angus Steakhouse, when I arrived at the store I found 1 girl giggling behind the counter making a sandwich with a customer who was obviously irate asking if they were backed up and the employee laughing saying no. Another employee came out from the backed asked me if I placed a order online, I said yes told the name she grabbed the only bag and walked back over to the other employee asked if it was my order and out loud the employee said "I don't know " and rip the receipt off the bag cause it was the wrong receipt. I was than handed the bag and told to enjoy!

When I got home the order was wrong , I got a bare turkey sup with lettuce, tomato and turkey with no sauce or anything, my Italian came with onions and weird sauce and seasonings and the steak house sub wasnt toasted, didn't have cheese.

I'm done with this location, it's obvious that this location doesn't care about training their employees or hiring employees who can actually do the job. I do hope corporate sees this review cause I know I'm not the only one who's tired of this location and it's piss...

Went in for a classic Italian (my favorite). Discovered the entire menu had just been re-worked and downsized. Fewer choices, can't get my sandwich 'my way' anymore as they just don't have many of the same ingredients (ie: no pepperoni, in a sub shop?). Decided to go for what they now have as an 'Italian'. Big dissapointment. Lettuce shreds were wilted & soggy. Tomatoes were so green inside they were hard. Vinaigrette dressing was oily and tasteless. Took my sandwich 'to go'. Opened it up about 15 min after getting back to the office and it was totally mush. Ciabatta bread (my only choice?) was much thinner than their italian bread from before and tasted awful.

I've been going to Windsor Quizno's since they opened (12yrs ago?). Not sure why they crashed a good thing, but I won't be going back unless they change back to their regular menu. Lady at the cash register told me it was a 'trial run' so I'm hopeful they'll get enough feedback to return it to it's...
