I recently had a fantastic experience at The Windsor UPS Store that I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and an eagerness for help from the staff. It’s not every day you walk into a shipping store and feel like you’re stepping into a friendly community hub. The store had a bright and clean atmosphere, which was so refreshing! The organization was impressive; every corner was well-stocked and easy to navigate. I needed to ship a fairly large package and was unsure about the best options. One of the employees, Andrew, went above and beyond to assist me. He explained different shipping methods clearly and even helped me find the best packaging for my goods – complete with just the right amount of bubble wrap (seriously, well done, Andrew!). I also had some documents that needed notarization. The notary service they offer is seamless; the notary was professional, quick, and made the process enjoyable. What I appreciated most was the genuine care shown by the staff. It felt like they really wanted me to leave with my needs met—not just as another transaction. It’s evident they take pride in their work, and they made my day a little bit brighter. Lastly, I love that they offer various office supplies and printing services. I was staying at a local hotel in this Small town. Spent the weekend enjoying the food amd wine tasting which was Among the Many events occurring that weekend.

We left Windsor relaxed and happy to have talen a break from the daily grind of working long hours even weekends. Once we got home I realized my electric toothbrush was missing. I accidentally forgot my sonic toothbrush at the hotel.

I promptly called the front desk , left them a message and immediately the next day I was informed that they have my item amd will immediately ship it back to me .

Windsor UPS personally contactede smd explaianed the process of getting my property back. Upon gathering my information , the. Next step was smooth as trouble free. Shortly after in 2 days my toothbrush was delivered . The item was fully intact . Well packaged and you can tell it was done with care.

Thank you to Windsor UPS for making us feel important . You treated my situation with dignity smd respect . I applaud you amd your family . Keep up the good work. I hope to see you all again in the future .

Save your money and time and use a different location. This place is a hot mess. I paid extra to have a package delivered to a little girl at summer camp. It should have arrived two days before camp let out. Did it arrive on time? No. where's the package you ask? who knows? Did this store help me locate this package and help me out?NO!! I paid this store over TWENTY DOLLARS to ship a tiny box and apparently because it was shipped usps (at the ups store mind you) there is nothing they can do. Then what is the point of giving my money to this place? When I went in to ask where my package was, I was told to step aside so they could help other people because my needs would take a long time. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I will NEVER give my money to this store. I'd rather use the other shipping store on the town green.
