Mi Pueblo Windsor — Restaurant in Windsor

Came in on cinco de mayo just to eat some good food with friends, so ofcourse it was packed and we knew it would be a while to get our food but we sat down anyway. Everything was perfect they took our order of drinks and we got them soon after, then we ordered our food and waited..waited..waited..other people came in during that time and they ordered and got their food..still waiting after an hour and people that came in barely had already gotten their food ! We all got up and left this place! Horrible customer service! Didnt ask us if were fine or refills or offered more chips or even apologized for the wait. We ordered simple food and didnt get crap! we had a white friend with us who got her food but not us though) we were basically the only mexicans in there (its a mexicsn restaurant obviously) everyone was white and got their orders perfectly, our friend felt bad she got her burrito before us and wasnt going to eat before us, well our food never came! She was upset and so were we! Never coming back to this place. Never once checked on us after taking our order and it was closing time already so...

This restaurant not only prepares delicious mexican cuisine but it also 100% cares about its customers! I ordered from UberEats at 11:10am and by 12:50 they were still just listing the restaurant as "preparing the food". Upon calling the restaurant I found out that the food had been done and sitting for over an hour. For anyone who knows anything about both food and food saftey, this is not in the safe zone for chicken. The woman I spoke too, maricruz was a delight! She treated me like a friend! She shared empathy and apologized even though it was out of her control. She told me the restaurant had thrown our the food and would only be remaking it when a driver actually showed up! Amazing customer service! Now UberEats on the other hand, is HORRIBLE! Not only do the not deem themselves accountable for such examples, they offer NO way for a customer to get in contact with the company! They offer NO immediate customer support of ANY kind!!! Worst service I've had anywhere. Came in at 19:09 8/19/21 waited to be acknowledged, 5 minutes later I was told to sit at any table, so I chose one 5ft away. Tried to be patient, place wasn't busy, came here after work looking forward to some good food after a 12 hr shift. Other staff (server?) was attentative to other people dining in, walked past 3 times without regard. A guy comes in 10-11 minutes later and is asked if he has a pick up order and they say no they would like to place a to go order and I decide to just get up and leave because all other restaurants I've been to locally have been great.
