Love this place! Came in recently for an important purchase before the holiday and had an amazing experience, but have been in several times before with jewelry questions and to check out their selection and have always had a great experience! This is a generational business, which is super cool, and the whole family is incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Their store is clean, neatly organized. They all wear (some incredibly fashionable lol) masks and they have sanitizer out and about. It’s clear they take effort to ensure their customers are safe, but Carol also told me that they recently launched their online store on their website! Check it in if you’re last minute gift shopping online this year! :-) My most recent experience I was ‘that’ customer. I was in and out of their store for two hours. I went in and ended up getting what I thought was the perfect ring. Tom was incredibly helpful in showing me their entire selection in the style and budget range I had. I thought I was good to go, but ran back in a short time later to see if they’d check the prongs on my ring (I have an invisible setting so I try to get it checked regularly) and Tom checked everything and cleaned it for me as well. He was also super knowledgeable on the style of ring I had and had some really cool info to share about it. You can tell they’re all incredibly knowledgeable on what they do- and they’re all very trustworthy (a huge rarity in jewelry stores all too often). Finally... I realize in absolute horror I chose the wrong size! I went back in a bout thirty minutes to closing and they were just as kind, patient and helpful as before. They exchanged the ring no problem. Tom, Brendan and Carol helped me in finding my final ring purchase and it ended up being absolutely perfect. Brendan even replated it for me (white gold) so that it would look absolutely perfect before the holiday. They also do resizings, engravings and more onsite! I will definitely be back- still have to get my ring engraved!! Too bad the recipient is obsessed with it and hesitant to let it go so I can take it back for the personalization. :-)!
Cant say enough good things. A new...
Read moreI recently visited this jeweler to resize my pearl graduation ring. While I was there I had amazing conversations and wonderful customer service from the gentleman working there, Tom and Brendan. I just happen to be wearing my vintage 1920s art deco ring which got Tom’s attention. And expressed to him my sadness that the detail (small swirl) had a broken off of the ring that was over 100 years old. They took a deeper look and told me that they could fix it! I was in shock! A little scared at first because I believed it would cost a fortune to melt down a piece of gold and make such a unique detail and put it on this ring. Like what if they missed up my ring!? BUT Completely reasonable price, a steel even! The cost to resize my pearl ring actually cost more than fixing my vintage ring. Less than a week later my ring was ready. They did an amazing job and I can’t even tell which details in the ring were broken in the first place. Such attention to detail. This ring means the world to me and they understood it and took the time to carefully fix it. I didn’t even know it was possible to do work like this. They are...
Read moreI cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received from Brennan at Vintage Jeweler. I had been struggling to find someone who could help me incorporate the sentimental diamonds from my old wedding ring into a new design. The place where I originally purchased the ring was no help at all. But Brennan stepped in and did everything he could to make my vision a reality.
Not only did he create a stunning new ring using my old diamonds, but he also completed the work in less than a week, just in time for my 20th anniversary. Brennan understood how important this was to me, and his dedication truly completed my anniversary.
If you're looking for a jeweler who can fix anything and genuinely cares about making your experience special, I highly recommend Vintage Jeweler. Thank you, Brennan, for going above and...
