As a business owner a block away, I’m literally here every day. The consistency on product inventory is amazing for a neighborhood grocery store, and the prices are just right! They source locally as much as possible- carrying local tomatoes through the winter, which is absolutely amazing. But the real highlight is the meat department! Everything is crazy fresh, and surprisingly reasonable given the pandemic aftermath. When I need an easy dinner for the kiddo and I, I’ll grab some expertly marinated protein and some kind of fresh veg, simply throw it on the grill, and we devour every bite together. It's a small hometown grocery store. They try to have as much variety as they can but if you need something specific call before you go. The older adults are always friendly and personable. The young cashiers are always gossiping with each other. Good quality produce. They have a nice variety of wine and spirits. Large parking lot and redbox movie rental kiosk. Thier prices are on the high side compared to local competition, but they do have some sales and coupons in the newspaper. Update: Their chicken tender special is one of my favorite deals in town, but I hadn't gotten it in a while. Was really looking forward to it for lunch today, but I was disappointed! The tenders were normally pretty big, but these ones were like nuggets. They did give me a couple more than I asked for, but I still hope this isn't the new normal. Still really like the place though!
