The Music Mart — Local services in Winona

Back in the early eighties , my husband bought me electronic auto harp at Welgaven's. After multiple attempts to find someone to service this instrument and get new strings for it, my son told me about Music Mart and suggested I go there. I did and I was so pleased. The task of finding new strings was not easy, but Josh persevered and located a source close to Detroit. It took two trys to get the right ones, but after they arrived, Josh put them on which is no small task. I speak for my son who had the same experience with Music Mart when he had his Dad's guitar as well as his own son's insrument setviced. They are full service and in addition they carry a full line of instruments and keyboards. Peter and Josh are "easy going" and when you talk with them. youu have a sense that you are the only customer in the store. I highly recommend them. I'm so glad that I took my son's suggestion and reached out to them. After picking up the auto harp I also left them my dulcimer to work their magic. ...

My daughter’s band tutor let us know it was time to upgrade her instrument. We struggled to find affordable options that were also quality when Music mart of Mankato was recommended to us. They allowed us to trial two different instruments (1 used and one new) and let us have them looked at by our expert in Owatonna. They helped with delivery to this location (experts shop) and were so easy to work with. When there was a delivery mix up, they made it up to us.My daughter was able to play both to get a feel for the instruments! Both instruments were high quality and my daughter ultimately ended up choosing one. We were able to call the next day and purchase the one she chose. I never once had to go to the store! It was so easy and there was a sale going on. The prices were incredible and we are extremely satisfied . I highly recommend them. My son is starting band soon and we will definitely purchase our next instrument...

What a delight discovering that Music Mart has a Rochester location. I have appreciated their store in Mankato when I lived in that region of Minnesota.

Chris and the staff knocked it out of the park yesterday. We had one of those sound system emergencies, with a funeral coming in three days! We rushed to the internet and rushed delivery on the needed cable, but time was running out before the start of the service... And the rush delivery had not arrived.

Chris and the rest of the staff not only helped in this urgent time, but we also double checked to make sure the needed part would work, and found a workaround when it didn't.

There are many great retailers around the county for audio equipment... But WE WILL BE BACK to support Music Mart - a welcome gem...
