Went looking for a specific vehicle and couldn’t find anything local, so we/I started looking further beyond and came across our vehicle we’ve been looking for here at Winona Chrysler in Winona, MN.

Sept. ‘25, Winona Chrysler is in the process of building a brand new building and showroom. They have moved in with Ford dealership.

The dealership is a little difficult to give 5 stars and difficult to give a low rating hence the 4-star rating. (Would probably give them a 3.5 star rating if there was such a rating)

Communications and people skills working with the agent we used could’ve been much better. Originally we were reached out to about our vehicle and scheduling of test drives, but anything after that, the communications were spotty back and forth. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, we sat by the agents desk for almost an hour and our agent was with us for maybe 10 minutes total.

On finding a vehicle, this dealership is one of the very few that had our make/model in stock. They contract with car rental companies and get returned rental vehicles they turn around and sell. This is where a 5-stars rating is given.

We/I didn’t drive the vehicle off the lot when we purchased the vehicle. With it being a rental, Winona Chrysler agreed/negotiated a few fixes (that didn’t need up getting fixed). We signed paperwork and left the vehicle with the dealer. Upon signing paperwork, we were told the vehicle would have specialty plates on it when picked up; they had the specialty plate on hand. But when we went to go get the vehicle, they said the plates would be mailed. This along with other miscues in communication get them a lower than 3-stars rating.

While I didn't end up getting a car at Chrysler Winona, they did help me through the process! I car shopped for almost 3 months in person and online for 6. The last time i bought a car i needed to buy so i couldn't be picky, this time round, i was able to be picky and had no timeline. I dropped by Chrysler and Jesse helped me test drive a few different vehicles. None were "it". Fast forward a few more weeks and I found myself back at Chrysler trying out a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I did like the model, but this particular car didn't sit right in my spirit. Jesse helped me try another, and again, it just wasn't a fit, but from this experience i knew i wanted that make and model. Jesse continued to reach out and check in on how my shopping was going. This last time he checked in, i had actually found the car i was hoping for in the same make and model. Thus, while I didn't get the car i wanted at Chrysler, they were instrumental in my search and Jesse was one of the best individuals to work with throughout my entire shopping experience. I went roughly 15 different dealers, and i can tell you he was on the top of my list of reps that were helpful, considerate, and not overtly pushy all while keeping tabs on the progress. I went to Chrysler in Winona to find a car, after an accident left me carless and stressed to the max. I only had the rental for two weeks and I had to make a decision quick with it being on my terms. I'd like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Gabe Longhini. Without a doubt, Gabe has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded to me quickly regarding a car I was interested in. His follow up wasn't overbearing and I didn't have to ignore him like the other five dealerships i was working with. He worked well with me to discuss my needs and what I could afford. Gabe doesn't care about the commission (if he's even offered one), he just wanted me to be happy in my new/used car and for it to be affordable for me. The finance department worked with me on lowering my payments for the car I wanted and worked with the cost of the car itself! Everything Gabe did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, Dodge dart (full of gas).
