First I have to share that The staff is generally very awesome I enjoy coming to this Subway when I have the opportunity to do so. However, today's experience was not that. I drove through today and tried to order with the touch screen options by which the touch screen was not working properly. The entire right top quarter definitely needs to be recalibrated. It could be it was raining and there's moisture behind the screen but it's not the first time the screen has behaved in this manner. Once I was finally able to order using the touch screen with much difficulties. one of the staff members pages out over the intercom that I can just come in and place my order by which time I was completed with my order. Another staff member comes out and touches a few things on the screen and has no issue to my observations. But I should also state that he never touched the right top quarter of the screen. Once I did receive the sandwich I had ordered and taken it back to my grandparents who are 87 and 88 years old, and on hospice care, so that they could enjoy a sandwich. I discovered upon removing wrappings to place the sandwich on plates that there was a blonde curly hair approximately 7 in length and some of the bread was a little more damp than I would have expected so I can only assume that the hair and possibly spit was placed there on purpose. Normally I don't complain about these things but should someone feel that they need to take some sort of vengeance out on a customer trying to do something for their elderly grandparents who can't do for themselves, perhaps you should not be working in customer service. First I got over charged and after I insisted my order came to $33 not $37 I got refunded.. then when I got to my destination with the 4 sandwiches I ordered none of them had cheese, 3 were supposed to be toasted but none were, AND the chicken bacon ranch sub had no ranch on it.. I called the store and the manager said she will not refund it, and requested our sandwiches back if we want new ones even though last time they messed it up they told me that they cannot except the sandwiches back and just offered new ones. I explained I’m bringing these to people on their lunch break and if I do that then they won’t get lunch. This was almost a $40 lunch and NONE of them were correct. We went in the drive through and some young gentleman named Mitch came out and told us we aren’t able to come through the drive through with the boat. There were 0 customers or cars anywhere around. When we politely asked why he said “it’s self explanatory” so we explained how we could get through the drive through with no problem at all- no reason why we couldn’t. After hearing that Mitch shook his head and walked away. We then called the store to ask who was working, if there was a manager. And the employee who answered was very kind he told us we could come in the drive through and we had asked when a manager would be present so we could call and speak to her.
