Culver’s — Restaurant in Winona

The past few times I've been to the Winona Culver's, I've been very dissatisfied. I love the food at Culver's, but the service at this location is not good.

The first instance was when I went through the drive through, asking for a dish with 2 scoops of the flavor of the day and peanut butter sauce. The screen at this location has been out for quite a while, so I couldn't see what had been rung up nor was it read back to me. When I got to the window, my dish had no sauce on it. When I told the worker, he took the dish back and put a pea sized amount of peanut butter sauce on the cup, stating "I couldn't give you the full amount because you didn't pay for it." I was more than happy to pay for it, but that didn't seem like an option. I realize it was a miscommunication, but the worker did not make the instance right.

The second time was last night when I went in with family members. We all got the flavor of the day, in a dish, with hot fudge on top. We went in the restaurant to avoid the issue that happened previously. The order was rung up correctly, but when we received our dishes, they had the smallest amount of hot fudge, enough for one or two bites.

I still love Culver's, but this location is lacking in customer service...

I like the food at culvers, but this sign about suicide awareneness is complete BS. People say my life matters but nobody is there to help me. I'm 31 and never had a girlfriend and have to spend my entire life going in circles to "improve myself" while everyone else gets to live. If you call the hotline all it does is get you send you to the mental health industry where they throw some pills at you and then give you a therapist that tells you to choose to be happy. This world is a joke. The closest I've come to getting a girlfriend was with a lady 20 years older than me, 5 years ago. After 6 months of dating, which was just going to 2 movies and rest places to eat and kissing she randomly tells me she doesn't want to see me anymore. She just moves on like it's nothing cos women can easily find guys whenever, but I still think of her every day because she's the closest I've come to having a girlfriend ever. Absolutely ridiculous world if culvers food won't kill me I'll have to...

I can't seem to ever get away from this place. I always enjoy a good Culver's from time to time I've eaten at different ones all over WI and MN. I would say most places I go are all consistent as far as food quality I know what I expect and that's what I usually get. The service was fast and I didn't wait long to enjoy my burger after ordering. It wasn't super greasy and they gave me fried and raw onions like I had asked. For reference some places just can't seem to get the concept I want both. In all the dinning area was pretty clean some table could use a wipe down but the floor wasn't covered in food either. The thing that bothered me was the pop tops I feel they bought a very cheap brand I tried to put one on and I just busted on me and yes I had the right size. So your cost savings was lost on me.
