Years ago I had quit going to certain Verizon stores because I didn't like constantly being asked to change my plans, buy extra devices, etc. For a while, I started just ordering my new phones online to avoid the extra hassle.

David at the Winona store located in the Mall Annex next to Dominos Pizza is a perfect representation of how a sales rep should interact with their customers. David goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting the best bang for your buck and will do everything he can to ensure he's answering all of your questions/concerns.

On top of that, due to the complexity of my situation today, the Verizon corporate team had to process all of the changes on their end, which means David will not be recognized for his hours of time and efforts in assisting me with this.

Instead of taking the easy route and selling me something more expensive and unnecessary, David chose to take the time to help me out and do the right thing by the customer. I feel that you don't see this much anymore, and I hope that his employer realizes how lucky they are to have him! Thanks again! I will be making all of my purchases...

I ordered my phone from Jacqueline. Then on Sunday she called me at home to tell me she was not working as we discussed on Monday. She said to call her back and schedule a time to meet her and set up my phone. I said I was going to continue to get the phone on Monday. She said she would come in and it was approved. I got done with work and didn't want to bother her so Taylor was helping me. Here she comes.!! She had a flat tire on her bike so skateboarded down to the store to help me!! UNREAL.
