Taco Bell — Restaurant in Winona

Taco Bell is easily my favorite fast food joint, but this Taco Bell is one of the worst run place I've ever been to. The wait times are long (10 minutes or more in the drive thru is not uncommon), the management is rude, the staff is either apathetic or clueless, and it's usually a toss up as to whether or not the food will be quality.

The staff fails to understand basic requests such as "no ice in the drink" and "can you please label which burrito is which". Once I pulled up to the drive thru after midnight to be greeted by a store being run by 4 or 5 young men who were cursing loudly and mocking me, this included the manager. Another time I came to the drive thru and you could hear the hip hop music being played in the background loudly through the order taker's headset (which is extremely unprofessional). But the story that probably tops all that, is once I ordered two burritos and requested them to be labeled and I got home to find that the chicken burrito was labeled "chicin". The people that work at this place are either so dumb or so indifferent about their jobs that they can't even spell chicken right.

I currently work in fast food, so I understand that it sucks and some nights are better than others, but if we delivered the quality service that I have experienced at this Taco Bell at my workplace, we would be reprimanded for it. It is absolutely ridiculous how awful the quality of service you receive at this Taco Bell is. It's sad that it's the only one nearby because I do not want to give this place my money anymore.

Do yourselves a favor and take your business to the Subway across the street. They probably know how to spell...

I pulled up for a dash, ALWAYS have to wait 20 minutes because they don't even have my order started. I skipped the speaker just to pick up the delivery and got yelled at by the girl in the pony tail. Just saying, I'm 18 and this ladies like 40 something and all her coworkers are laughing in the background loll. Like for real get a life, working at Taco Bell 💀💀💀 she Instantly came off rude saying I cut everybody in line and need to go to the back when I was already waiting in line for 20 minutes, just skipped the speaker because everyone already honking for their food. The pony tailed girl said I ain't special and that I don't have any common sense and this and that. Yelled at her because who treats a customer like that? If they just told me nicely to stop by the speaker next time I wouldve apologized and listened. Theres only 4 people in line and they're so backed up for what? They have a full staff working but anytime I look into the kitchen half of them are just standing around. They just need a whole new staff cause it's ridiculous. Never ever buying or delivering food from there again, a waist of...

Went through drive through at 1:40 today for a quick lunch ... just 2 hardshell taco's. One car in front of me at the pick up window for 10 minutes. Cars backed up behind me. I almost called Taco Bell to say ... what's taking so long. I finally was able to move up to the window. My 2 tacos were available immediately. I handed the guy at the window my credit card. He handed me my tacos and card and I drove off. I looked at my receipt and it said 2 free tacos ... Total: 0 dollars. Wow ... now that's customer service. That quickly took away any bitter thoughts I had. The money wasn't the issue ... it's the fact that they tried to remedy the situation. Good job Taco Bell ! ...
