Listen... if Google would let me rate this review higher than five stars, I would. Computer repair shops are like barbers... once you find a good one in your town, you stick with them. Believe me... I'm sticking with Jason and Computer Dock for as long as I am in Winona.

Jason stopped at no end to find a solution to my computer's problem. He talked me through his process, what he saw, and how he intended to fix it. He was exceptional with honest, prompt and straightforward communication, and was willing to accomodate me in any way possible so I could continue to get my work done. He was courteous, professional, approachable, and affordable.

Jason is very knowledgeable, very helpful, always makes the time to talk to you and make you feel welcome when visiting his shop. I love that he knows and works on Mac’s and not just PCs like other places. I’m in the graphic design field so when it’s time to upgrade my computer, software, printer. etc. I always stop by Computer Dock to talk to Jason to help me find what I need. Not only is Jason Dicus extremely capable, works quickly and charges a fair price, but he's extremely consciencous and you can trust him to do his best by you. Computer Dock is my trusted source for all things computer related.
