I’m so thankful I visited Winona Computers! Demetri was incredibly helpful. First, he assisted me with an old computer, finding me some much needed storage space (after I thought I had tried everything myself) and helping it be functional again.

When I decided to buy another computer, he quickly set me up with a perfect refurbished one that looks and operates like it is brand new. Not only did this save me a significant amount of money, but he also took the time to make sure that I understood how to use it and care for it (malware systems, etc). He also ensured that it had the right systems to fit exactly what I needed it for. A personalized experience to this level wouldn’t have happened in a big box store.

Demetri’s customer service is top notch, he is honest, friendly, and his prices are very reasonable (better than the big stores). I love that I was able to shop local, and that there is a person I can go to if I have any issues, because he genuinely cares and wants the best experience for his customers! I was totally impressed with the service I received. I knew something was wrong when my mouse was all over the screen, opening and closing files and uncontrollable. I took the computer in figuring I would have to drop it off and they would call me when ready. No, Demetrios said to sit down and he would go through what was happening, determined my problem-some kind of malware- added additional free software to run occasionally to keep my computer clean. He went through features that I was not using and disabled them to speed up my computer and explained how to turn them on again if necessary; warned about pop ups to watch out for, etc. In no time my computer was up and running and much faster than it had been in a long time. Most the reviews are fake. Guy is completely out of touch with current technology and reality. Asked to do a simple boot flash on a Nvme and he had no idea what I was talking about. Anybody who goes to him does so to patronize him but its really not worth it, seeing as he's really not a good person who will preach to you about how bad the whole world is. You can get the jist of it from his poorly constructed website. Seriously, your 7 year old grandson probably knows more and will do it for cookies otherwise there are other local shops in Winona or highly recommend Microcenter and Best Buys Geek squad will treat you better.
