I’d like to extend a special shout out to the gentleman at the front check out counter at Winona Feed, Seed, and More (Kupietz) who assisted me at noon today (9/10/2018). In short, he was AMAZING in his knowledge, helpfulness, and true kindness. He was a real ray of light and positivity in my entire day. I want him to know that he and his excellent customer service really matters to me. He went out of his way to make sure that I got a ¾ cup size scoop for my new rescued dog’s food. He told me to come talk to him about how they can assist us when we transition our dog’s food to ensure the best match for my dog’s health needs and to ensure that my dog will enjoy eating the food, too. He took the time to share what his favorite chew toys are for his two dogs who have similar chewing patterns as my dog. I appreciated how good he was at picking up what kinds of products would best appeal to not only our dogs, but also showed me the backyard bird food selections, too. He made sure that my wallet and keys were with me when we stepped away from the front counter… a great attention to detail that helped make me feel secure in the store. And, I loved our conversation about our dogs and kids together. A very nice personal touch you just aren’t going to get at a big box store. Wonderful, small-town, friendly service… I will keep my business dollars at Winona Feed and Seed! ...

I stopped in today right at closing time. I had my 2 fur baby's with me. I wanted to get a biscuit other than milkbone. Cashier was so nice and very helpful. She suggested Fromm Crunchy o's pot roast flavor. WINNER!! I also got peanut butter flavor. Not so much a winner but tolerable. My 2 are so picky. I definitely will be back to get more pot roast. My younger baby doesn't like bully Stix. I got him a bully dumbbell because he did give it a 2nd sniff. 2 hours after getting home, he had 1 end almost chewed off. Kudos to Winona feed,...

Couldn't feel more welcomed than I did walking into this establishment. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted with a smile and Katie was so eager to help me find what I needed! I will definitely be coming here more often! Thank you so much for having everything I need for my beloved 10 Pusscats at home, they loved their toys and delicious food!
