Gotta love this place! Meat cut to order, REAL bacon and other smoked products, sandwiches and deli, bones for dogs, everything like your old-time butcher shop. Reminds me of Europe! My only wish is for more certified organic/local/humanely raised/processed meat...the folks who work there don't always know where the meat came from.
