This place is representing the abuser because he spoke with a case worker before me. When I did speak with a worker they made promises to assist my daughter and I with resources, made an appointment to come to my home and never showed up. Next thing I know they have representatives supporting him at a court case where he was the aggressor but lied. We have a no contact order but they continue to contact me on his behalf. Our petitions have been filed in court, I don't understand why this organization continues to harass me in the name of him. They called my phone several times a day and even had someone from that organization call me and say my ex had been awarded joint custody of my daughter, telling me that I needed to drop my child off at the precinct so they could facilitate an exchange. This was a blatant lie because i was at the court filing a petition for sole custody at the time of the call. When i asked for paperwork the worker became quiet. I had to change my number. I believe he has a personal relationship with one of the girls there. God see everything. I never write reviews but, I feel like people should know how some people abuse...

I wish more people knew what Alice’s Place is, they have been so instrumental in getting my son help in a world dominated by women. Women who would lie about a man who worked three jobs, took care of her son, and then their daughter over 20 years. Without Alice Place I do not know where he would be since he was giving up. But through a connection of agencies he was able to be granted an apartment, receive some emotional support, guidance, and transportation to and from court. Alice Place was able to get him to understand that he was in an abusive relationship and needed to get out.
