Woman on the phone was flustered . Asking how much I wanted to spend and who to send it to. I told her I was born and raised in Winslow Arizona. And that I remembered her shop. She was completely uninterested. I gave her a compliment and her lack of reaction embarrassed me. I called the next day talked to another woman who was nice. I asked why I hadn't received a receipt yet??? She asked the owner and said she hadn't had time to send one yet. That just didn't sit right with me.The only good thing about the flower shack in Winslow Arizona is that my friend got her flowers. Still doesn't say a lot for them because I did pay for them. I think you should use your money wisely and go with 1-(800)-flowers.
So today Tuesday Feb 8th 2022. the rude owner sent me her two cents. She said she was busy didn't have time to chit chat. Who said I wanted to chit chat. I simply gave a compliment. Nothing more. She went on to say. That she hadn't run my card till the second day. What does that prove??? That she isn't rude??? Also said I called 5 times. Simply not true. I called once to order. Called second time the next day to see if delivered. And said my giving her a bad review was asinine. Really trying not to laugh here. Badgering... Bullying.. or calling customers liars is truly bad form lady. Don't you know that??? Simply saying my review is asinine says so much about her. Usually a good business owner. The majority. Will say. How can I change this or make it better. Or apologizes. Not this woman. My review was as nice as I could be about my experience. It was no where near an attack. Yet she saw fit to call it asinine. Far far from a good business owner. Her reply only reinforced my original perception of her. A very snippity snarky rude woman. I stand firm. Go with 1-800-flowers. She commented on that too. She said I would have paid $25 dollars more with them. I'll tell you something. I would rather pay that extra $25 to get good professional, courteous service. She said it like I should be greatful or something. For what??? Flowers I PAID FOR??? One more time she's rude to me or sends another low life comment. I will send all of this to the better business bureau. At.. the.. drop..of.....
Read moreI was in town attending my grandmas funeral and we had just got in town after driving 13 hours straight. We just finished the services and was headed to the cemetery. Well I wanted to grab some flowers for my grandmas grave but also some to put on my grandpa's.(who I lost last year). The lady today was nice and so kind. I know I was a mess and she went to the back put 2 roses together with ribbon and gave me 2 sets. She handed them to me and I asked how much and she said "nothing, I'm not charging you." You don't understand how grateful I am. I went back to the car and cried. I cant thank you enough for that..I am having the hardest time accepting my grandparents are no longer here and your act of kindess really touched me!!
I have so much family here and I told them what you did and recommende the store, and we come often so you def have customers for life....
Read moreI walked in, and the owner is very friendly. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife, and I had another wired decoration I wanted included in it that was a wired bear. Not only did they deliver it as promised, but my wife was extremely happy with how beautiful it was. I would highly recommend this place and their services. My wife doesn't ask for much or expect me to do flowers. That is why this is even more important that I found a place right here in Winslow that gets it right when I count on it. I will be coming...
