M & J Smoke Shop — Local services in Winslow

This is a great vape shop for juice, cigarettes, chew and some other things. For coils not so much. I've been given the wrong ones and when I tried telling them that they wouldn't refund me. And the last set of coils I bought 2 packs. All of which do not work correctly by not letting the juice seep through the cotton so I've had to drip it the whole time making it very inconvenient. Didn't even try bringing them back i wouldn't get anywhere. I'm going online for my coils now. But still like them for juice they have a great selection and friendly staff. All in all a good smoke...

This store has bad customer service. My friend bought an Elf Bar and purchased the wrong one, and they wouldn't exchange it for the one he wanted. They sold him a higher priced on and the one he had was like $$25 instead of the $35 one. So I was VERY disappointed and the 2 guys inside cldnt decide to whether let me exchange it or not, took them awhile to tell NO we can't do it. When did u buy it? Dayum like less than 5 minutes ago and they stated at each other's and shook their heads and said Nah can't do it. We were pissed. Oh well never going there again. They can shove...

I LOVE THE M&J SMOKE SHOP!! I loved it before AND when I worked there. The managers Michael and Jessica are so nice! They take great care of their employees as well as their customers! Prices are great and I have heard it from plenty of people that pass through or even regulars. I also love to go and buy my cigarettes there as well because they're cheap and have a variety.
