Salem Ridge Apartments — Local services in Winston-Salem

Lived there for two years. The staff is amazing and maintenance work was completed in a timely manner always! And such a great guy. Always honest and listened. The property is always beautiful and well-maintained. The two stars is for how paper thin the walls are and even the floor. Like you can hear your neighbors conversations in the kitchen. I could hear my one neighbor yelling at their kids. Like clear as day “I said go to sleep”. Could hear the other neighbor below me, screaming, shouting, at 2am, thinking they were so cute. Not! People have no idea how to live in an apartment and how to be quiet. Also noting I could hear my neighbors snoring! That is how thin the walls are. There was one lady across from me that would get mad because I would keep my door and windows open to see and let in light. She was convinced that I was watching her. Clearly something was wrong with her. So glad to be away from that. Like I said staff is great. But you probably gonna hate...

I have been living in Salem Ridge since 2014, first in building 251 now in building 201. Why have I been here so long? Well, the community is nice and quiet, my neighbors are friendly, we have a great dog park & playground for the kids. There are garden plots available for rent as well. The apartments are spacious and designed well. Shall I continue? We have a clean saltwater pool 6 feet, multiple grilling stations (2 charcoal & 1 gas) located around with picnic tables! Also, a laundry room next to the office for use. Maintenence is excellent and super speedy. The complex is always clean, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it's a nice place to stay compared to other places I've seen. My family will continue to stay here, most likely.

So if you enjoy peace, friendly neighbors, and nice apartments look no further.

This is by far the worst apartment living I have ever experienced. The only thing that was great about staying here was the location. My family and I had an pest issue that was not taken care of properly, our stove never worked properly, the maintenance was lazy and never on time!!!!! They were not direct in the leasing office when we had an issue. And all the people who worked or lived there slowly but surely moved out or quit working there. Yes I moved my family to a better property where we are treated fairly. And I would not recommend this property to anyone. By the way, they charged me for time I did not stay in the apartment and are trying to put it on my credit but I will be...
