They did good work, but I found the owner not very friendly. While requesting certain monograms - she was being very short with me and I didn’t like that.

What she failed to realize when she was saying, “we can’t do this or that.” ....this was my first time visiting and so, I had no idea what her capacity or capabilities were. So, while being short and impatient did not help me to understand this. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. I know other reviews say otherwise, but this was my FIRST visit to her shop and so this was my experience and impression.

The turnaround time was fast and the monogrammed items were done as previously reviewed. I’d go in there again because maybe she was having an off day or something. If, my experience is better or worst. I’d reflect this on my review and then find another monogram shop to patronize.

Reply to owner: my visit had very little to do with a custom design and a lot to do with your overall attitude with assisting me. I smiled, I asked questions and I was extremely cordial. What more could you expect of me as a customer. I don’t arbitrarily give 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 stars. I do so strictly based on experiences. This was my FIRST time visiting your shop. I had no idea what your capabilities were. Therefore, I tried to engage you to understand this. Not a problem, I get what you are saying. Take my business elsewhere. Had you read my post in its entirety. I was willing to provide a second chance as we ALL have off days, but that is not what you are requesting that I do. Thank you!

Update as a response to the owner: You did several golf shirts and towels for me. Contrary to saying I am not on your customer list. I stand by the fact that the work was excellent and the customer service was poor! Again, I’m not trying to infer competence or otherwise. I am detailing my experience as a first time customer. Please read my post more closely before making an off hand...

Thank you Leyla for all you have done for my marketing efforts over the past 5 plus years! You have always produce the highest quality embroidery I have purchased in 15 years, turned around one off items and large orders of 150 item plus within days, not the weeks, other local and out of town places you find on the internet seem to take. And yes, at competitive or better pricing than I have found elsewhere. Working directly with you as the business Owner has been a pleasure, you've helped me pick the best colors to complement our garments and help me size our graphic to best suit as well. This personal touch is something you just don't find much of anymore. You have a passion for your work and the results certainly show it. I'm a customer for life and I encourage anyone reading this to go see Leyla for all of your embroidery needs, you will not be disappointed. Thanks...

Leyla and her staff are the best! In Florida, it's hard to find a business where they treat you like family, are extremely nice, work very hard and produce results better than you expect. That is what exactly what I got here and I want to say Thank-You to Leyla for the help... If I ever need anything, they will be my go to place. I dropped my specialty item off to be embroidered at 11 AM and they were working on it the same day at 8 PM. (Amazing and awesome work ethic). The embroidery they did for me wasn't easy and the final product exceeded all my expectations. I'm happy knowing my friends will be jealous when they see it. The price was more than fair and they are so kind and helpful. Phenomenal work, fantastic service and friendly folks. Can't sa enough good stuff about them, Thanks...
