Don’t recommend! Bought my mini goldendoodle (31lbs) here for a mini groom. Online the price states medium size dogs starting at $60.00. When I picked up my dog the man at the register said the price was $80.00. I simply asked the man what additional service did my dog have for it to total $80.00. He went to the back to ask the groomer in which I can hear the groomer and the cashier in the back laughing (rude..and fyi customers can hear through that flimsy door) Finally the groomer came out and I asked her what was additionally done for there to be an additional charge of $20.00. I told her it said on your website it stated doodles grooms start at $60. She said that may be the pricing for other Wolfgang’s. I told her no, I am on the website for the Winter Garden location. Then she said “maybe the website had not been update”. I showed her the pricing listed on the website. Then her last excuse was “oh well he was matted”. Which he was not because he previous had a full groom for the summer and his hair at this time is too short to matt. Still left the place not understanding the additional price that I paid. At the end of the day when you are a customer in any type of establishment you have a right to know what you are paying for. Just be upfront ..I just wanted to have a VALID reason for the additional charge, so I can pay the total and keep on with my day ..not someone going around in circles making excuse after excuse. Lack of professionalism...

If I could give the staff and groomers here more than 5 stars I would!!!

They have been great with our Border Collie/Australian Kelpie mix, Kali. And with our fur-ocious Pomeranian/Chihuahua, Rosie. We cannot tell you how awesome they are. You need to go in, not call, to meet and greet the staff. Nice thing is the downtown Winter Garden area is dog friendly so bring the kids when you do.

Just talking to them about your needs, their services, etc. will demonstrate to you what I say here is the truth...the best in the area, period.

We had issues with another local pet spa. Let's just say their review reflects the issue accurately along with my resume in working with dogs in over 4 decades.

I hate to write this review because we love our little gem. It is hard enough to get a booking when we want it. However, because they do right by us, I want to do right by them.

Hoping someday they have the ability to expand and become the best groomers you can get in all of Florida. Who knows...maybe better than those big named corporate places you find everywhere!

Anyway, we love them and are loyal customers. No matter where we live in Florida, I'd drive hours to have them work on our fuzzy kids.

Grooming prices are not transparent on the website and frankly, overpriced for the outcome I received. I picked up my golden retriever today and paid $175 ($155 with a 15% tip since you have to pay before you see your pup) for a full groom (nail grinding was extra which I was fine with) and her ears are not blended whatsoever. It looks like someone took a kitchen scissors to them (which I would have considered doing if I knew the price beforehand). Her belly is also very irritated from the sanitary shave but she has spring allergies so I won’t count that too much. The rest of her groom is satisfactory but for $175 she should be well blended and borderline show dog quality. The staff is very nice, and we have purchased treats here before and were really happy with them. As for grooming, just be very wary if your dog requires more than just an...
