bealls — Local services in Winter Haven

This bealls needs cleaning up ASAP! When I arrived I went over to get a shopping cart. The cart was visibly filthy it had what appeared to be grease and mud inside the cart where I was to place my purchases. Obviously I pushed to the side and got another cart. Shortly after the manager gave me a look and pushed it back where the carts belong for another customer to get. Yuk!

While shopping I found multiple things to purchase on two different clearance racks as I usually do and as well some not on the clearance. When I was checking out to leave I noticed the two items were not showing clearance and I asked the young lady whom was assisting me. She said she would ask the manager about it. Before she could, the manager said WHAT IS IT! When the young lady and I tried to explain where the items were found and there are multiple still there on the clearance racks the manager hollered out again in front of three other customers no that's not where they are! My daughters tablet was stolen from this location their own employee gave it out to someone because they were able to describe the tablet which wasn’t me or anyone I knew so when I called after multiple times y they said they would ask corporate for footage after almost a month I had called back to find out the manager said they couldn’t do anything because as far as they knew they handed it to right person. Awesome, experience a low supply of children clothes. Always have good deals though. Everything is clean exceptionally well. Parking was easy finding a close space to walk from and too. Cashier was extremely helpful in discounts. Bathroom 🚻 was in excellent condition. Everything was in order and floors were clean looking very good. We will be back soon.
