Rock of Ages — Local services in Winter Haven

Beware shopping here. After you pick up an item, the owner decides to take back parts without telling you. I get home and stuff was missing. Nowhere did it say on the tag the parts with the item were not included. One of them it was specific to the item. When I called the next day to find out why I didnt get all the parts I picked up, I was told they were for display only and it was their policy. Hmmm no policy was plainly posted for customers and she never said a word to me when she put the items in a bag. I even mentioned the parts while I was paying. I will never shop here again. The one bear had an integrated stand. It is how they were sold from Boyds. I would know I went there many times in PA and own several with the integrated stand. It was NOT like a plate stand. plus the owner stated she had never been to Boyds and these bears were her personal collection not another vendors. There were no other bears or dolls around them. Very low ball prices want to triple their money instead of being fair to the customer or are they worried about is making money we're in today's economy is very disgraceful so expensive items for lowball ! So it may be good for people buying but if you're selling I would not go there they want to make three times the money they pay you instead of being fairto the sellers !!! Wood against selling to this business they just take advantage of people that need money so do not do not sell to this business I am okay with making some money because I know that's how it works but do not sell for a third less than what it's worth ! Like most antique stores, you don't know what all you will find when you walk in. This store has a very nice selection of items, from silver plated spoons and serving dishes, to newer stuff like 3D printed items and even some older coins.
