Thanks to Tristan and Adrianna’s efforts last night, we were finally able to get this loan closed yesterday at 7PM in the evening.
That said, I would like to make it clear that the way this process was handled is entirely unacceptable. There has been a complete lack of regard for the client throughout the day. As communicated multiple times, she is on vacation with her family and spent her entire day waiting by her phone for instructions to sign.
It is extremely disappointing that no one in your office was available to take a call to properly address the issue and work towards a resolution. Instead of collaborating to find a solution, the focus remained on deflecting responsibility, despite the clear and repeated instructions we provided. This level of service is simply not acceptable.
