I am in the middle of a car hunt which is something most people dread to begin with. This dealership is the exact reason why most people dread this experience. I saw a Mustang Mach E that I liked at a price that was surprisingly significantly lower than the rest on sites like cars.com. I went to their website and saw the feature to build an "out the door price" which I did know there there would be some fees and things added. Even with the fees and items added on the price was still in the range I was looking for so I started texting on the website to ask a few questions that I had about the car. The person I was texting with though had no answers and instead was trying to just push me to schedule a visit. Which I explained that I live in Orlando and I don't want to make the drive all the way out there unless I know the car and price are the right fit. Finally I agreed to have my information instead passed on to the sales team and they would reach out to me. The next day I got a text from a sales agent there. He asked if I was looking to lease or finance. I explained finance and he then informed me then that the price on their site was not that based on finance and that there were more discounts on lease. (none of which makes sense when using their tool for an "out the door price") I had even clicked on their site stating that I was financing it and not leasing it. He then also informed that the discounts listed were a stacking of discounts that one person would probably not qualify for including a discount for if you also happened to own a Tesla.... To which I replied that I do not currently own a Tesla and could we build out what the actual cost of the car to finance was. He did so and the price jumped over $10,000!!! It bait and switch tactics like this that make people hate buying a car. While I understand that maybe not all discounts would apply all they simple have to do is build a website that allows you to see the price for finance or lease and then add on the discounts that do apply. I am so glad I did not waste my time going to this dealership because I do not give my business to shady companies like this that lie to lure people in and then use high pressure sales tactics to try and...

What an absolute privilege it was to do business with this dealership. Truly. I came in expecting to buy a car — silly me — and instead got front-row seats to the most dysfunctional operation I’ve ever witnessed.
Let’s start with the salesman, who graciously decided to show up 45 minutes late to our appointment. I can only assume he was busy solving world hunger or curing diseases, because clearly being on time for customers is beneath him.
Then came the beautiful promise of a 90-day warranty. Wow, how generous! Except — plot twist — the car was too old to even qualify. I mean, who checks details like that when you can just say whatever it takes to close a deal, right?
And the follow-up? Oh, I hope you’re patient, because the salesperson ghosted us for two weeks. I can only imagine they were overwhelmed with the effort of remembering we existed. When I finally dragged the sales manager into it, he treated the whole situation like I’d asked him to donate a kidney. Arrogant, dismissive — he must really hate having customers interrupt his busy schedule of doing absolutely nothing.
Let’s not forget the windshield saga. We were apparently invisible, because no one even knew that’s why we were there. After what felt like begging, pleading, and possibly offering my firstborn, the window was finally fixed. Bravo — what a heroic effort to meet basic obligations.
And the cherry on top? I called the general manager. I’m sure he’s working tirelessly on crafting a response, because shocker — still no word. Maybe he’s on an extended vacation in a land where customer service still exists.
If you’re looking for a dealership that specializes in broken promises, endless delays, and Olympic-level indifference — congratulations, you’ve found it. For the rest of us who value our time, sanity, and dignity? Run, don’t walk, in the...
Read moreI typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to the lack of professionalism and follow-through at this dealership. I visited around 5 PM with serious interest in two used vehicles on their lot. I was prepared to discuss a trade-in on my current vehicle (which I still owe on), and I was fully aware that I would be working with negative equity. My goal was to find a larger vehicle with third-row seating for my family.
From the start, the interaction was disappointing. The salesperson greeted me while chewing food and wiping his mouth—an unprofessional first impression. He didn’t introduce himself and immediately started jotting down my vehicle details without any real engagement or attempt to understand my needs.
After briefly asking which vehicles I was interested in, he quickly dismissed my situation, stating, “I’ve been doing this for 30 years—you’ll need $10,000 down and have to buy a brand-new vehicle to qualify for warranties and rebates.” This blanket statement was not only incorrect but also came across as dismissive and unwilling to explore any real options with me. When I asked if there were any alternatives, he simply said, “Sorry, can’t help unless you have cash down,” and suggested I go to another one of their locations.
To make matters worse, I was told a manager would follow up with me, and no one ever did. It’s now the next day, and I’ve heard nothing.
Unfortunately, this dealership has lost my business—not because I was denied financing, but because no one made any real effort to help me or even treat me with basic courtesy and professionalism. A little effort and respect go a long way in customer service, and I...
