I always dread having to buy a vehicle because I have had so many bad experiences all over the country with a lot of dealerships. However, working with Vadim was definitely a great experience. He was super nice, no pressure, and helped out with minor items after the sale. I would highly recommend Vadim to anyone looking for a vehicle. Tim in finance was also great. He was super knowledgeable, and very thorough. I probably would have given a 5 star if I was given the Ford Pass points for buying a vehicle. I was pretty disappointed to not get them, even after following up and asking about them a few weeks later. The other let down was the truck service dept. I had a clunking in my steering wheel that I felt during the test drive. They came and picked up the truck after the purchase, and had it for a week. I was told they had two different techs look at it, and they both said that it was the turnover ball in the bed (I found it pretty odd), but said ok. They brought the vehicle back to me. I took it upon myself to actually remove the ball, and lo and behold the noise was still there, and I was going out of town the next day. They also gave me a second set of keys because the truck only came with one. We just now found out that, yes the fob was programmed so we knew it worked, but the key was never cut, so I can’t use it to open the door if the battery ever dies, or lock the rear seat storage. Fast forward six months, I finally have some time to try again with service, and this time brought it to the port charlotte service center. They called me back after a few hours and said the noise was the intermediate shaft in the steering column, and they would have the parts in a day. This time the noise was gone, and I’m down $100 for my deductible. All in all, we love our truck, had a great buying experience, and wish they gave me the ford points that I should have received so I could get some accessories for it.

Although reserving, ordering and then receiving my 2D Eruption Green Metallic Outer Banks was a long process (due to Ford's trouble sourcing build modules and hard top challenges), I am completely satisfied and pleased with the great care and support throughout the process. Jeff Ryan provided professional sales support, answered questions and provided an ear to my concerns with Ford's ability to deliver. Also, Katie Slaton was always quick with support on the Internet as well as getting up-to-date status very quickly whenever I contacted her. Broncos, as it turns out, are so popular and currently few and far between that many dealers across the nation were adding dealer markups exceeding $50,000 in some cases. But Jarrett Ford promised and delivered my Bronco at MSRP. I know just how difficult is was to keep a dealership running with less inventory and I'm sure marking up vehicles over MSRP is temping on a business level. I have huge respect for the dealership. This is my second new vehicle purchase with Jarrett Ford of Winter Haven and I highly recommend this business who demonstrates integrity and puts the customer over profits.

Partnering with these experts (across three different visits to Central Florida), they we able to troubleshoot and identify the issue. They did all of this at an incredibly fair price. Seriously, it sounds like it would have cost Thousands of Dollars for what they did, but trust me, they were able to do it for pennies on the dollar. They treated me and my wallet like a member of their family. Need repairs? Don't wait, RUN to this dealership. Never before have I found one that works with such high ethics, and skillset.

I tried twice to call and set up an appointment. Both times I was transferred to service but no one would answer. I then just went online and booked an appointment for noon on Saturday. At that time I clicked on 2 services. A $59 works package and a $179 front brake package. After booking online I received an email verification.

When Saturday rolled around I arrived at 8am to drop off the Edge just in case they could get to it earlier in the day. When I checked in the man behind the desk was nice, but told me the online booking system did not work. I told him I understood and let him know that I needed the works, the brakes checked, and wanted odd sound eminating from the front axle evaluated.

Within 30 minutes or so the office worker called me and told me the oil change was done and the brakes needed immediate attention. He told me he could get me done for $535. Knowing that the brake service I booked online for $179 did not include new rotors I figured the extra cost was for the rotors so I told him to go ahead with the work. The man told me he had the parts in stock and the Edge would be ready in an hour and a half.

On my way to pick the Edge up I spoke to a friend who told me I got ripped off. He sent me a screen shot of a brake package from autozone which included 2 new rotors and pads and shims for only $179.99. Now I know autozone parts are not genuine Ford parts but the price for oem should not be drastically inflated.

Thus, I was already a bit annoyed once I arrived to pick up the Edge and upon reading the final invoice I see a $660 total! I then began to confront the gentleman about the pricing. I even reminded him he quoted me $535. He then told me that was only for the brakes. He could see I was upset. I told him that last month I spent $1400 replacing a bad PCM in the Edge with the main shop. I told him I am a teacher and that I was shocked to see the mechanic made $250 for less than 2 hours of work (I don't even make $200 in a day!). I then asked him for a discount due to the miscommunication. He refused. I then asked for the shop fees to be removed. He refused again. He continued to tell me he has nothing to do with pricing (which I know is true), but he does have the ability to negotiate a bit (I have been driving Ford's for nearly 30 years) to help a customer.

I am still shocked that I paid $660 for an oil change, tire rotation, and a set of new pads and rotors. I feel taken advantage of and I will do everything I can to only use JG Ford when absolutely necessary.

My wife also wants to purchase the new Mach E. As we save for the down payment we will now be sure to look at other EVs and will be sure not to purchase whatever vehicle we choose from Jarret...

Highly recommend Jarrett Gordon!!! I inquired about a certified pre owned Jeep from this dealership. So Lametrius called me back and I missed his call, so I tried calling him back and he was with a customer so I figured I'll just drive over there since I lived an hour and half away. I was about thirty minutes away from them and he called me. I told him I'll be there in 30 minutes, he said okay I'll see you then. I accidentally pulled into their service center and was completely confused, two people that worked here were walking past me so I rolled down my window and explained that I was looking for Lametrius. They were so incredibly helpful and kind they got a hold of him and found out he took the jeep to their main dealership to meet me. They also gave me great directions on how to get there, thos is coming from someone who needs GPS for EVERYTHING! LOL Anyway I get to the dealership, meet Lametrius and he was just one of the most down to earth not what so ever pushy or crap talking salesperson. He made me so comfortable. We went to check out the jeep and I swear to God the way he checked everything out on the vehicle was like he was the buyer lol. So we test drove it, I fell in love with it. We talked and talked, I swear I felt like I've known this guy forever. We get back to the dealership, we just sat in the vehicle talking and laughing about life and music. We finally went inside and everyone in this dealership made you feel so comfortable and right at home. They were all very accommodating. I have a very high level of anxiety around crowds of people in general. I didn't have any anxiety at this dealership. I have bought many cars from many salespeople at dealerships and never had such a great experience like I did here. If you are in the market and looking for a Ford or pre-owned vehicle I'm telling you this is worth the drive. They even gave me a 90 day/3,000 mile comprehensive warranty. They provide you with the carfax and have you sign it. If something is found to be wrong with the vehicle and was not disclosed in the carfax, they buy it back. If you go to this dealership you have to ask for Lametrius he is definitely a people person with an awesome down to earth attitude. I give Lametrius and this dealership 5 stars!🌟 I even kept his cellphone number. He's the type you could totally just hang out with and have a good time. I never thought I'd feel this way about a car dealership or...

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership—at least, that’s what I was marketed and sold. However, shortly after purchasing, I started receiving an "Engine Fault Service Now" message on my dashboard. When I reached out to the dealership for assistance, I was suddenly told that my vehicle was not certified and that I would have to pay $180 just for a diagnosis, plus additional costs for any necessary repairs. This was a complete shock, as all the information I was given when researching and purchasing the car indicated that it was certified.

From January until now, I received little to no response from the dealership, despite my continuous efforts to communicate and resolve the issue. After months of back-and-forth, they finally ā€œgaveā€ me the warranty that should have been included at purchase—but instead of the full 3-month or mileage-based coverage, I was left with only 26 days to figure everything out on my own.

The only positive experience I had was with my sales associate, Mike, who was fantastic and truly did his best to help. However, Victor, the sales manager, was extremely unprofessional—he was rude in our conversations, promised to send emails and documents but never followed through, and eventually went completely radio silent. Despite my numerous calls and emails, he refused to respond and instead sent my sales associate to handle the situation rather than taking responsibility as a MANAGER should.

To make matters worse, Nelson, the general manager, was also copied on everything and never once responded—I have never spoken to or heard from him despite my direct attempts to reach out. The lack of professionalism and accountability at this dealership is beyond disappointing.

If you're considering purchasing a vehicle here, read every document carefully and make sure you're truly getting what you're paying for. They will mislead you, delay responses to avoid taking responsibility, and leave you to figure things out on your own. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. - If i could leave 0 stars, I would. - Also, if you're the dealership reading this.
