Office Pub & Lounge — Restaurant in Winter Haven

its not pretty but this place is a fixture. The dacor is not good. Knick-knack signs and sayings litter the walls like the garage sale must have looked when TGI Fridays went out of business. It's larger than one would expect from the outside and darker. The floor once had carpet but now looks like it's waiting for it's next covering in an unfinished state. The employees some of which are the owners are good people. The same cannot be said of some of the regulars which hang out here. At times one does not feel safe. But the drinks are reasonably priced and never watered down. 5 somewhat decently maintained pool tables provide some entertainment and poker is played every week. it is definitely worth mentioning that recently the company which owns the pool tables set the price to change at 8 p.m. on the tables from $1 to $1.50 and offers no change. Personally I don't like it so if you're like me get there early and get your pool playing done before the price is jacked up.

In short you can definitely have a good time here but I would suggest clearing out...

I've been to The Office Pub a hand full of times. The drinks were great and not overly expensive. Twice, I've come on Tuesday night with a few co-workers and had the opportunity to have Amy as our bartender. She's absolutely wonderful. Attentive and very engaging with all her customers. I came in on Wednesday, again with co-workers and unfortunately Amy was not here. I'm not sure what the bartenders name was, but she wasn't very engaging or attentive. Been here several times and always have a good time but tonight(6.29.18) had a bad experience not with staff on duty but with one that was not working butthere drinking grabbed the remote to jukebox and skipped a bunch of songs..in the middle of one that I played and the next few that I had played..the she had a confertation with my wife in the ladies room about it..needless to say won't be...
