As much as I would like to give a great review I just cannot. The people that work there are very nice but, I brought them my wedding set to fix the prong that was crooked and one that was cracked. I was called and told that the prong was actually cracked and would need to be replaced and of course I said fix it. The prong setting was platinum. I picked up my ring it looked to be repaired correctly. I went swimming the same night in our pool I looked at my had and 1 prong and the diamond was completely gone!!! One of the other prongs was broke in half. Thank God for my husband because he took hours in the pool to find the diamond(Thank God) I took it to a different Jeweler who looked at the broken prong and said it was not fixed with platinum at all. I also brought them a ring to be sized up one size from an 8 to a 9 I found out that it was not sized to a 9. Thats probably why it still didn't fit when I picked it up. One of the prongs of my 3 stone diamond band had broken, but luckily, I found the diamond in the shower. I carried it with me for two years with the intentions of having it repaired. A friend had recommended Tally Ho Jewelers to me. I finally had the time to stop in and they gave me a date of a bit over a week.To my delight, they called about a day later and said my ring was done. First time visiting this jeweler and I was very happy with their service. I was only getting a bracelet repaired, but they treated me very kindly and professionally even though it was a small service. The establishment appears to be a high quality jeweler and they let me know they specialize in designing and creating their own pieces for their customers. I would definitely return for their services and if I was looking to buy new and unique jewelery. Repair service reasonably priced in my opinion and quick.
