I had a great experience purchasing a home safe through them. Karen and her family replied AFTER HOURS on FB messenger and through Email in very timely manners. The delivery process went extremely smooth and they made sure my carpet and tile were safe from damage. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s names but they were very professional. Unfortunately they forgot to bring a face mask with them (Covid) but they had absolutely no problem wearing the ones I provided. I have no complaints, and if and when I’m in the market for another safe, I will go through precision again!!!!

Update: 12/16/20 - 12/19/20 I contacted PS&L about a loosely installed outlet on 12/16, I didn't get a response, I went ahead and looked at the issue on Saturday to find out whoever installed the outlet created their own holes and didn't verify whether it was actually secure. Went in to have them check my ignition, they tested all parts and said everything was fine . I then sat in parking for 40 minutes trying to start my car . Tyler came out tried to start and left me in parking lot after he told me everything tested ok and charged me 65.00 . Business closed at 5pm , not one person came out to check on me or ask if I had a ride . Tow truck finally picked me up a little after 6pm .
