For once they finally seen my kids faster.I was use to them taking like 5hrs just to my kids but they finally improved on that. The only complaint I have now is I wish they hired for kid friendly people. We use to go to the one in Lakeland and the staff was very kid friendly. Greeting the kids with a smile and talking to them in such a sweet kind way. Here, they don’t seem to care to even greet the kids. They seem like they just want to get them in and get them out. There’s also no games to keep them entertained once they’re in and waiting. They ran out of helium at the time we went so no balloons. I wish they also had toy options for the kids too just like they do...
