Amber is an absolute Angel… I have been battling with Verizon for 6 days, traveled 1.5 hours away to Brandon mall to the Apple Store twice, Verizon store twice and 1.5 hours back to our local Verizon corporate store (Winter Haven) and spent about 37 hours total, in 6 days on the phone and chat, all for nothing and to no avail. Not one single Verizon employee was willing to help. We’ve been with Verizon for 14 years and have 8 total lines, orders from telesales were all messed up and incomplete, information was withheld, you name it’s happened. You seriously wouldn’t believe the absolute horrible customer service and experience.. We found Amber and EVERYTHING CHANGED. Amber was scheduled to work in a different location the following day and went in an hour early just to get started on our account, by 9:30 that morning, Verizon was already calling me to validate Ambers call. We got to Amber’s store around 10:15am and she took every single issue and handled them one at a time. She made 6 total phone calls to all different departments pertaining to each individual issue and mastered all of them. She worked diligently from 9:00am and (currently as I write this review) to 3:15pm and still going with the same energy she started with this morning. She never got frustrated, she never stopped smiling, she never stopped wanting to be the best she could be for us so we could get everything we needed, done correctly and at the best rate possible. Amber treated us like family and her integrity, her values, and her work ethic are MOST ADMIRABLE. Amber works on a standard I have never seen before. Her infectious smile and inviting personality are exactly what customer service once looked like, I hope you’re as proud to have her, as we are to have worked with her. Read moreWent to the store today after calling yesterday night directly to Verizon because the iPhone 12 I trade in on October the 6 it wasn’t been credited to my account. Make 2 trade in the same day and the person that did my trade in just put one of the phones the XR but not the 12. They wash their hands and didn’t do anything to help me. Make feel like a list on front of the other customers at the store at the moment. Now I understand why Verizon DO NOT recommended use a store that is not an authorize dealer, because of this. The person doing my transaction was new (nothing bad about that) but you should have a person close to you until you learn properly how to work with such expensive phones. Today was me . Be careful cause tomorrow could be you. Ask everything, ask for receipts of everything. Take pictures do what ever you have to do so the same situation I live today doesn’t happen to you too. I always went to this location until today. Not anymore. Very unhappy with the service today from the three different person that was trying to figure out where the darn phone was. I feel like they took advantage of it and now I have to pay again for a phone that I don’t have cause they did y help me at all. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. Read moreRitchie! What a guy! I had no idea I could afford new phones for the wife and I. I had been running a Galaxy S4 since 2013, the wife had gone through two S4's and working on her S5. We had been looking at the Google Pixel phones for a while, dreaming of a day we could snag up a deal we could afford, but it seemed unobtainable. Ritchie called me out of the blue, to ask if we were interested in using our upgrade credit. I told him it didn't seem affordable. Ritchie was able to clearly explain how much upgrade credit we have, and was able to get us the most value out of old phones possible. Not only did it bring the payments for both Pixel's down to very affordable levels, he also helped fine tune our account so we are no longer over paying for data we aren't using. Ritchie got us some other discounts that I am not sure can apply to everybody, but he certainly went above and beyond for us. He spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions thoroughly.
