So, first off, the staff is great, the coaches are amazing and I enjoy a good portion of the members. There could be more squat racks or less selfish people using them for hours on end. There could be more equipment variety, trap bars, safety bars, axle bars, etc. That would be great, overall, I really like it here and the atmosphere is pretty good.
However, when I joined on May 18th, 2020, following the re-opening of gyms after the COVID-19 lockdown, I was promised a $100 gift card. The gift card was to be through a website called Promotion Vault and I was promoted to register an account with them. Along with this, my Wife and seven others from a local gym that shutdown all came to Just Move. So, nine total people signed up on this day with the promise of a $100 gift card. I even chose the more expensive plan so I could have the option to do their CrossFit classes if I desired.
The $100 gift card was to be loaded into Promotion Vault after my first months payment. That was made on June 15th. It's now August 7th. I began reaching out on July 6th. I continue to get the same answers from Just Move.

"Hello! Thank you for reaching out.
I am not too sure what is going on with Promotion Vault and issuing the gift cards. I brought this to management's attention in order to get this corrected. As soon as I get information I will touch base with you! I definitely want you all to receive your gift cards. Thank you for your patience with us!"

"Ok, thank you for sending these my way. I am manually submitting them all to promotion vault now. Are they all $100 gift cards that are owed?"
Sent Monday, August 3rd.
"Good morning! Thank you for your patience.

So, where is it? Where's my $100 card I was promised. Let's not forget the promotion that was run. You all know you owe us this, where's our rewards at? How many more times can you all say you're looking into this?
You all were super happy to post about your reopening...

Read moreThe gym is very dirty and disorganized. I often see clogs of dust in the corners and around the equipment. Awhile back I upgraded my membership to include a guest and the staff at the front desk told me the wrong price. Once I changed it, it was a few dollars more. Oops too bad, no apology or compensation was offered to me. Last month I got hurt at their faulty equipment. As other patrons were trying to help me to free my foot that was stuck (it took a little while for the staff to come check on me) everyone was mentioning that that equipment was indeed hard to change the settings at. The staff gave me ice and filled out the report just for their sake but no one followed up or checked on me later. The equipment was not corrected either. Finally, as I didn't have child care arrangement one single weekend in 3 years I've been going there I brought my son to the class with me since I have seen other children in the class on a rare basis. But he got kicked out since we are not minorities like the other 2 children I've seen in classes and only minorities can get away with anything this day in age. No one cares about a white single parent struggling to pay her mortgage. Let's just suck $5 out of her for the kids club. I asked to speak to the manager but none was available unless I wanted to wait 30 minutes. On a positive note, all the class instructors are awesome and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1...
Read moreI have been a member at Just Move for 2 years now, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, the equipment is modern and in great condition, and there are plenty of options no matter what type of workout you’re doing. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional — they really make you feel like part of the community. The group classes are motivating, and the overall atmosphere is supportive and energizing.
On top of that, I’ve had the opportunity to train with one of the personal trainers, Jeremy Tillman, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Jeremy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping his clients reach their goals. He takes the time to explain exercises, correct form, and build workouts that are challenging but also realistic and sustainable. What I’ve appreciated most is his encouragement and positivity — he pushes you to improve, but in a way that feels motivating rather than overwhelming. Jeremy’s generosity, patience, and passion for fitness really stand out, and working with him has been such an uplifting experience.
If you’re looking for a clean, well-run gym with amazing staff and especially if you’re considering personal training, Just Move is the place to be — and Jeremy is the trainer you want in...
