Black Pine Tattoo — Local services in Winter Park

Unfortunately the shading on my hand tattoo was overworked and too deep so it refused to heal. Now I’m doing wound care and the ink is falling out. Scarred.

Since we’re doing lists I got one too. (1) I’ve had four doctors and now a wound care specialist look at it (they also have tattoos) and they said it’s overworked and scarred. They also told me they’ve had other customers of yours come in for the same issue. (2) yes I have a kid whose diapers I change meaning I wash my hands as well as clean my home. (3) I have multiple tattoos, my favorite being on my foot which is a blacked out tattoo and it never had an issue healing even though I wore sandals, showered and it only took about 8-10 days to fully heal, winter time in the high desert of California. (4) I know other tattoo artists through my friends who have seen this and told me it’s too deep and overworked and my ink will fall out. The wound nurse said it looks like you took an exacto-knife to my hand because of how deep the wound is. (5) you could’ve offered to fix it but instead you opted to text me personally to tell me to change my reviews and tell me I’m absolutely wrong like it’s my first tattoo. Right off the bat his place was clean, smells good and has a really cool vibe! It fits who he is as an artist which makes things more relaxed. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Most importantly, he worked with our ideas and even made them better than what we could’ve envisioned—drawing them/stenciling then where we wanted and making adjustments based on what we wanted so that way we could be comfortable with our choice before it became official. Craig is a fantastic artist! I messaged him with an idea in mind for my cousin and I with only a few days notice. He was responsive, kind, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He made the time to accommodate us, and went above and beyond to fit us into his busy schedule while ensuring we got the quality time in.
