I've gone here about 5 times now including bringing a friend once but each time I go I feel the service declines so this past visit will likely be my last. I noticed they are not very sanitary they don't seem to be washing their tools she took the cuticle cutter out of her drawer without sanitation of any kind and just used it on me. They also don't seem to put much attention to detail the water was very hot which I mentioned and I was told to just wait then to put my feet in? I waited 10 mins until the tech was ready for me and she asked why my feet were not in I said the water is still too hot she sighed and emptied some out then put a little bit of cold water in and told me there put your feet in and walked off. They also don't seem to listen to you at all I got the deluxe which let's you choose between scents but she just used whatever she wanted. The last time I went I also asked to use the restroom before he started my nails and the tech told me to just wait he would be done soon. I went to this location wanting to try something new but I didn’t like it at all. I’ll just stick to Jay Anthony’s nail salon on Aloma who have great service. I decided to go in this past Thursday on my break from work, which is 3 minutes away from my job and regret it. The guy who took care of me looked lazy and kept looking at his phone. I think he was watching a movie or something because he would pause to look at his phone for a good 2 minutes and go back to doing my nails. Mind you he was trying to buff my nails and would randomly stop to look at whatever it was, every other nail. He would walk up for no reason and leave me waiting. No hurry in the world especially when my time was important to me. Also my nails chipped 2 days later(horrible quality). The pedicure was good except she only polished half part of my nails. From my view standing up you cant tell but when I took a pic I realized it. And the nails were awful from the customer service to the finished product. My sister and I made appointments and one nail stylist started her nails and then another client came in so she got up and my sister had to wait 10 mins for another stylist to do her nails. She wanted a french mani with a design and he said he could do it but gave her a basic French mani and her dipped nails cracked after a week.
