Mellow Mushroom Winter Park — Restaurant in Winter Park

Server and pizza was the only good thing from this saddening experience. Soup was cold, returned and got back even less. Mushroom soup looked like a thick single ladle of a pastey gravy. Ordered salad, tomatoes in salad were freezer shocked; even though manager said they just came off the truck, my passion is food and I wouldnt have served that to guests. I ordered the hoison wings and the wings looked nothing like the tossed wings from the display on the table but rather just the sauce was drizzled on top as if they saw it was our table and we're just through with us. Literally only our children's cheese pizza was good that we were just hesitant to order anything else that I said I'll just take another cheese pizza. That's sad. Manager that came out was extremely friendly but just felt like he could care less what we said like we were the problem even though he said everything right. Hoping were wrong, just the feeling was off. And listen, we understand not all customers are right and we weren't trying to be those people but in this case, there was just so much wrong that we had no choice but complain and you know it. We didn't accept any discounts, we paid in full for the pizzas and still gave the server 25% tip because she really was pleasant. But hopefully the restaurant hasn't lost their touch because we used to go frequently years ago but since we moved, now we only go every once in a while. So our Mellow Mushroom craving wasn't a nice reunion at all. I am giving this amazing pizza place 4 stars, but the pizza is 5 star. The moment we walked in they had just had a massive lunch rush and large party so I can understand they were playing catch up a bit but come on , it's a restaurant, you had a full restaurant, that's what you guys do...they were able to muster up a table for us to sit but nobody could seem to agree who was going to wait on us, finally someone came and took our drink order only to be followed by someone else taking our drink order, we were able to order the pizza and it came out quickly considering the struggle they were having getting the place back in shape. I realized when they brought out our gourmet pizza we did not have any silverware, so I politely waited for our host to come back , when no one came I went to our waitress who was standing at the front counter and appeared to be talking to other staff while wiping the register and I asked if I could get some silverware for our table, she smiled and looked at me and said they did not have any clean and she was sorry, she did offer a small plastic fork to which I declined, I then returned to my table and watched as multiple staff stood and talked as the kitchen staff continued to pump out delicious pizza, a good manager would of quickly washed 2 forks and some knives and brought them over even if we did not need them. I ordered the movie-night package deal and once I picked up the pizza I could the tell the pizzas weren't fresh and had been sitting there for a while. I decided to call them and tell them the pizza was not as good as it usually was. They told me that whenever I went back my name would on the list to be able to receive two free pizzas. I called back five days later to redeem the pizza and they proceed to tell me my name was not on the list and that I would not be able to receive the pizza.The person was completely condescending and rude but I still decided to call again because I did not understand why my name was not on the list. The second time I called a different person picked up and once I told her the name on the order she put me on hold to look for my name. After about a minute, the same person from my earlier call was on the line and was again abrupt and rude with me. Instead of getting the two free pizza I was told I was going to get, he rudely tells me that I was only getting one. I said okay and just before I could ask what time the pizza would be done, the phone was slammed down.
