I emailed / messaged on multiple platforms regarding our disappointment. I received NO response. Based on the customer service alone, I would never recommend Toasted. They did not reply or try to make their wrongs right… My message to management that was ignored through email, Facebook, and their website explaining our incomplete and incorrect order;
Dear Toasted Team,
I am writing to share my disappointment with an Uber Eats order we placed from your restaurant (Winter Park) last night. Unfortunately, there were several issues that left us very dissatisfied.
Our order included: -1 Southern Comfort Burger (medium rare) -1 Sweet Heat Burger (medium rare) -Buy One Get One Free Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches (2 total) with Sprites and Mac & Cheese -1 Small Truffle Fries -1 Large Truffle Fries When our order arrived, we immediately noticed that both of the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches were missing. These were intended to be our work lunches for the following day, and not receiving them was very frustrating.
Additionally: -The Southern Comfort Burger was fine. Although, it used to come with a sauce that was not included this time. -The Sweet Heat Burger, however, was missing its signature sriracha BBQ sauce and was cooked well done instead of medium rare. It was dry and inedible, which is disappointing because I’ve enjoyed this burger from your UCF location before and know how good it should be.
To add to the frustration, with prices now over $16 per burger, we thought the buy-one-get-one deal would balance things out. Instead, we ended up paying quite a lot for a disappointing and incomplete meal. I kindly ask that you correct this issue, whether through a refund, replacement, or credit toward a future order. We have enjoyed Toasted in the past, but this experience has made us hesitant to order again without reassurance that this was a one-time mistake. (Uber Eats was unable to properly make it right as the BOGO sandwiches did not compute correctly for a refund)
Thank you for taking the time to review this, and I look forward to...

Read moreWe came here for the first time and it was pretty awesome! I had always been meaning to come here but never really got around to it till about a month ago. My wife has an autoimmune disease and so she follows a gluten-free diet to help manage that and they were fairly accommodating. I love how they had gluten-free options and they also even had vegan options available.
We did a vegan cheese kids sandwich for my two-year-old because he can't have milk. The cashier was very helpful and suggesting things to help make our diets work and also giving us options to choose from because there are so many different and unusual combinations. I got a regular fig and goat sandwich which was unusual but delicious.
My wife got the buffalo chicken grilled cheese and she really loved it. They did a separate thing of fries for her as well to keep them away from gluten as much as possible in grilled cheese restaurant.
The portions I felt were actually quite decent considering the price. I felt that we got a great value for what we were getting and the work that they have put into their menu. The food did take a little longer than I normally see in a fast-casual restaurant but that is to be expected when your ordering different and unusual things that require extra handling time.
We would definitely come here again but most likely we will go to the university one because that's closer to...
