most helpful bait store i’ve ever visited. i was driving through town on a cross country trip and wanted to try my hand at stream trout fishing. had never done it before, called the day before and he said stop on by tomorrow and i’ll get you rigged up. he met me at his shop 2 hours before he even opened up, spent a solid hour getting me rigged up and teaching me tactics. couldn’t get a steelhead during the handful of hours i was able to fish, but saw plenty get caught in the spots he pointed me towards and had a great time learning a new style of angling. i will be returning in the fall for the king run, and will definitely visit his shop again if only to buy some things i don’t need just to pay him back for all of the help. can’t recommend...

What can I say to convey my stay? They were smart and had a heart, precise with their advice. Honest and set apart, they said what won't suffice. They knew the art, very concise. They had what I need, told me how to succeed, and didn't mislead. So, they helped me answer my wish on how to catch fish. But not to tarry or stall, I'll just say they have it all: they were polite, upright, and especially bright. Ordered two items, waited 8 days, sent an email asking for details of shipment, still received no response so I had to call them. Upon call they advised me that they were out of what I ordered and they can't order more...no apology no remedy and said they would credit my credit card back sometime next week....I'll hold my breath for that.....Very unimpressed.

UPDATE: Call the manufacturer they are not back ordered so I was lied to, and I ordered one to be delivered direct....Now I suppose I will have to dispute the credit card...
