Harbor Freight — Local services in Wise

This is a great Harbor Freight location. What gives this store a big advantage over the other ones is that this location has more items currently in stock. Other store locations will have items that are back in store soon. This could take weeks or months to replenish recently sold out stock. Major props to the Wise location for keeping the store well stocked.

I have noticed that in-line wait times are shorter here. The cashiers are more efficient and can serve more customers in less time. There is almost always staff on the floor to assist customers when needed.

Store going down hill fast. Lots of turn over. Poor training. Not a real hardware store per-se, more like a Big Lots for tools and other random "stuff". This store has many sales and coupons. New manager would not let me use phone coupon, said I had to have print out.

Great store they always have what we need, my fiance always finds the tools he needs and the parts he needs for his power tools and equipment. The only problem we had this time was we were hoping to get a tire for our camper cause Walmart never has em and ouch yall was out of stock hehe, its ok we plan to look back again soon. We love the deals and he has made it his own personal Sears store...
